Basically you have to do this input for it:
:d: :df: :f: :uf: :atk: :atk:
Not trying to sound like a dick, but, you know what Tiger Knee’ing something means, right? Just making sure we’re all on the same page.

Also to add to that make sure you are super jumping before you do MS if you tiger knee too soon then you will get a normal jump MS and miss
so :d::u::qcf: works or is it to slow?
No you’re not a dick sir, thanks for letting me know straight up. I always thought ‘Tiger Knee’ was :f::df::d::df::f::atk::atk:, thanks for letting me know though.
:d::df::f::uf::atk::atk:
you have to time the two attack buttons to come out slightly after you see the stagmite of dust indicating a super jump.
and for my next trick I will learn how to use sentinel
“tiger kneeing” refers to the OLD tiger knee motion, which was like a DP motion but in the air only
so sagat would do :dp::uf: :k: (notice the jump BEFORE the attack button)
so basically it is just pressing the jump motion before doing the attack button so that you do the attack really close to the ground but still after you jump
but it is now used to describe anything, no matter the motion, just jumping slightly before you press the button so you can do it very close to the ground
also, you don’t even need to super jump (there might not be a cloud) you can just normal jump
during my web throw if I plan to TK max spider I just hold down, then do a TK fireball lol
sort of solidified my timing the other day, but it’s probably off now
I prefer the motion :d: :df: :f: :u: just because it gives me the feeling that I’m giving more time before I input the 2 attacks. That helps me so that I don’t end up doing a grounded MS.
My creative juices are draining right now. =( I might just have to remake the Web Throw Infinite video today.
 least you can record sheesh. anyways just to clear up confusion again the OLD TK motion was :d::df::f::uf: not a DP motion
HEYHEYHEY
JUST BECAUSE I CAN RECORD DOESN’T MEAN I WANNA :@
Jk. I’m probably going to start remaking the video tonight, but I may have to split it into two videos: Web Throw and Web Zip.
Ordered the hauppauge hd pvr should arrive in two weeks
That’s a good idea seeing as webthrow throws the opponent into drones for a free spider sting / spider bite into another webthrow. Also drones are a very good assist for spidey.
Nah I’ll be using him on rocket punch for otg shenanigans since doom will be on projectile. Also I like being different and I’m already accustomed to using spidey with dooms beam
Oh, to show how easy my combo into the Web Throw Corner Loop starting from mid-screen is, I performed it online when I randomly decided to try it out…
I don’t want to hear ANY excuses about people not desiring to try this combo.
I dunno i keep throwing them the wrong way
You probably aren’t crossing them up. I’ll get back to the infinite again but at the moment I’m working on team combos for my next installation. It’s gonna suck recording everything I wrote down
I suppose I might have to make a video showing my hands after all… I think there still might be a small window of waiting in between launch and the web throw, but it’s VERY easy to adjust to, unlike that gigantic window for the original method of the infinite.
well considering the hardest part to me anyways was actually dashing forward and crossing up with :s: I suppose the window was big
hey, im having some trouble comboing the web zip, after web swing , i hit h, s land and i either miss the m completely or hit m, h, then web zip hits but they seem too high. Any tips? im able to get the web throw loop thanks to ur vid and some things i read here, now i want to be able to actually set the damn combo up. thanks in advance.
Ok first I have to give you props to your Iron Man in MvC2 I watched most your vids with him and ended up maining him in MvC2. Secondly I have to ask are you still playing Iron Man in this game? Anyways as for web zip combos theres two parts to web swing to notice. When using :l: web swing you can hit them immediately after the active frames or slightly delay it to continue when the full swing animation is complete. Hitting them immediately places them higher in the air so you have to pause slightly after landing to allow them to drop. In such a case I just use s:h: and omit the s:m: for timing reasons. The second method brings them down while you are hitting them and allows you to go straight into s:m: s:h: almost as if you were chaining them from the air without a delay in transition.
Yeah, somewhat of what Xero said above; Spidey’s combos require you to have slight pauses in the most random and uncomfortable places. If you’re having height problems with the Web Zip, you may either need to:
a) add a longer pause between j :h: and j :s: after the L Web Swing (attempting this against the larger characters, especially Tron, will cause you to drop the combo at this point)
b) once you land after the Web Swing :h: :s: , you can try to put a minuscule pause between st and st :h: (I actually used this method in my early attempts to discover an X-Factor Loop. I can say that I like it a lot.)
c) This is not necessarily an option, but it’s pretty much mandatory; you need to learn the timing for “Perfect Web Zipping”, as I like to call it. In order to learn this timing, place an average, human-sized character (standing) in the corner, and just practice performing a raw Web Zip on them at point blank, following up with a j :h: so that the bottom of the hitbox kicks them in the head. I believe that the j :h: shouldn’t even hit them until the end of the animation, due to the fact that Spidey has to drop a short height so that the hitbox will actually come in contact with them.
I apologize for people having issues with Web Zip. I honestly forgot how many hours I put into actually learning the timing for all of that shit.
Here’s some advice for where to start on the road to mastering the ways of the Web Zip:
Learn this combo^ Dead serious. This is where I started.
Next, just start messing with it in the middle of combos. Start with it, try it after anything, etc.
