MGS4 is gdlk, but itās only gdlk to people that have been following the series since '98. '87 for some. If 4 is your first game, 75% chance you will hate it. Gotta start that shit from mgs1. The ps1 version. Not the gamecube remake.

the logout issue is annoying
Iām constantly getting logged out. I can browse maybe 3 pages before it logs me out.

SRK logs me out whenever I visit this thread, and only this thread.
Iāve found that logging in, immediately logging out, and logging in again seems to keep you in long enough to post a comment or two. Iām really curious as to how this glitch came about.

Enjoy Demonās Souls while you can since the servers are being shut down this fall. I actually finished demonās souls and itās best played in co op. I put in over 100 hours in into it.

And everyone is talking about this demon souls I think Iām going to get that as well.
Iām a big Hideo Kojima fan; I even go back and play the MSX games on occasion. MGS4 is awful. It is the opposite of Snake Eater in the sense that it emphasizes all of the seriesā worst traits while putting the best ones (the gameplay before Act 3) on the backburner. The explanations for any of the questions left by the previous games are obvious lazy copouts, and the pacing in the cutscenes is Xenosaga-level atrocious, making them a chore to sit through. Of course you could skip them, but then whatās left is a half-finished game.

I must agree I love the Metal Gear series but MGS4 had to many Nanomachines moments.
