Halo 2 --I went back to Heroic last night…and after the past 2 weeks of Legendary…this is almost a breeze in comparison! I’m at the first area with all the ghosts now…chasing down the SCARAB. Speaking of that…the theme music for it is awesome…I just downloaded it the other day off that dude’s site…it’s “Earth City”. The only hard part of Heroic so far seems to be the Jackal snipers…and they can be taken out when you realize where the shot came from…plus, I’ve become good at sniping(or just scoped-shots with BR) while moving around…thanks to the hell that is Legendary. In Legendary, you really can’t afford to ever be in one spot for 1.2 seconds unless it’s good cover.
I had a dream last night that I had Master Chief’s Mjolnir armour!!! Mine was all black of course…therefore, much cooler-looking than the real MC himself. I was killing random soldiers and regular people with headshots with a Beam Rifle…nobody could stop me since…it was here; earth 2005. No regular law enforcement could stop me with the Mjolnir battle armour and covenant weapons…it’s a shame this dream didn’t last long.
King’s Field: TAC - still near the beginning, finally getting into it which is hard for this type of game when i dont have much dedicated time to playing it.
R-Type Final - havent completely dived into it, mostly been messing around. Versus is weird as hell. Unlocking ships is fun though.
SF:AE - mainly sticking to hyper fighting. AI is so damn hard. Focusing on CE Bison and ST Ken
CFE - still love it (fuck the haters) bnt havent been playing it as much due to not much playtime and single player isnt as rewarding as AE, and I go to family fun and see it has been relegating to a shiesty cab so I dunno how much point in playing there is…maybe I can sneak up on someone at EVO.
how did you not beat Jecht/sin? he was easy tho! Well you should finish X before you finish X2 so the endings can make more sense to you. And X2 wouldnt have been as shitty to me if the ending had been better. it just seemed like i played all that way to get to nothing… and thats what made me angry about the game.
X2 was a poor sequal to X.
If you liked Xenogears then youd like Xenosaga. I highly reccommend xenosaga for any RPG fans. But admittedly you would have to get through the massive amounts of story that gets dumped inthe fist hour of gameplay. But once you get past that it really starts to pick up. But if you ar the type of person who doesnt mind massive story dumps (like me) then there will be no issues at all.

Kos-Mos owns. best part is when she terrorizes the salvage ship. LOL.
First time I fought him: Basically, the battle turned into a war of attrition and I lost. It was one of those times when you’re like: “I can fight forever doing this, or I can go for the win, but I’ll get killed. Aw screw it, this is going to get boring quick.”
Second time I fought him: Tried to use a strat from GameFAQs. (Yeah, I know…) didn’t work. died.
anyway, i’m playing gta: san andreas these days. the game is sick. has a couple of flaws but is overall one of the best games i’ve ever played.
wish i could explore san fierro but i’m still in los santos.
Blind pits, meh I don’t see how that’s a problem, there’s been other MM games with em.
Bosses, yeah some of them were too easy.
You mean that level in Gate Lab where you “can’t” pass it with the Shadow armor because you have to make a huge dash jump that everyone thinks is impossible yet I’ve done several times? Well, actually you can. You can beat every level in the entire game(excluding the first stage of course) with the Shadow Armor
For those of you in Final Fantasy you should check out Kingdom Hearts 2. word is in one level Auron helps you defeat Cerberus and Hades. also special appearance from Vincent. Hopefully it will come out sometime before Fall 2005 (thats the release date) because i cant wait THAT long.
Put me with the “love it” crowd. I’m glad so many people liked XS, I thought I was singled out here.
As for FFX/X-2, two things. One, Tidus owns his old man for free by one Blitz Ace and a normal attack from Kaladbolg. Two, X was good, but the sequel…I’ll just leave it at that.
