The Complete Dudley Thread

In the video I made I listed all the characters that are juggle-able with c.rh.

Its easy on some tougher on others.

Easiest is Chun.

nice vid

Yo. I have read the thread. Did I miss it? I’m not trying to be redundant. I saw someone ask a question about juggling Makoto. Basically I want to know at what point in their descent should u do the cr.hk? That’s all.

Edit: I got to work on Chun so far. Humbag ur right it is easier for some reason.

do you really think this is a question we can answer in words? load up on some quarters and figure it out. there are a ton of vids on Youtube too.

Nice Video man, i get a new feeling for Dudley now.
THROW MORE ROSES!

NO :shake:…dudley noobs cant be throwing roses all willie nillie…unless you’re baiting wake-up SA3 from ken :woot:

is there a trick to connecting 3 jab mgb’s on the shotos in the corner? i cant seem to get the timing down consistently. do you just try to do each one as soon as possible after you recover from ur previous mgb?

yes.

cool, thanks. i’ll get to work on those then.

Its easiest to land 3 if you start the juggle just a tad away from the corner.

As a follow up to the previous post…my friend says its possible to do 4 jab MGBs on someone in the air after doing st.RH xx EX MGB. Is that true? Is it character specific or what?

It is true and it is character specific

4 jab mgbs only person i see do em consistently is fujiwara but he was like a walking combo video but i find 3 pretty easy and consistent enough to use in matches so it is very possible to do four if you get each jab mgb at the highest point on the characters body for example the first second and third jab mgb should look like there hittin ken on the legs towards waist

But he didn’t even do it in that video.

Really now, someone show me a video of HK x EX MGB leading to 4 clean jab ones. Three on shotos is the max I’ve ever seen. Maybe if the 4th one hits during the first few hits, which doesn’t permit a proper ender to follow, and I doubt anyone would ask about that.

…fuck, I didn’t read “HK->EX MGB”. My bad. D:

I was browsing through my old vids and found some old Munakata footage on the HD, it’s amazing how different the high lvl dudleys played.

In all his matches he was intent on using UOH, either to catch pokes, whiff into throws/pokes, or on block using SSB.

I really enjoyed watching his matches, I’ll be checking out how he does in SBO this year.

upload maybe?

didnt wanna start a new thread for this question, what are some tips for getting in st.rh range against a good chun? i end up relying mostly on jump-ins or waiting for the chun to walk up to me, however the chun times mixes up timing on anti-airs so its tough to jump in. any advice?
