You wear anything in a size 10 or 10 and a half?
I heard that the material on the True Blue weren’t good. They’ve turned the Jordans into a full on fashion shoe(Though I would never hoop in some Jordan’s in the first place).
I wear size 11.5.
Also, the materials on the True Blue III are fine. It’s one of the better retros in recent years. The III in general is just not a long-lasting shoe. The midsole cracks really easily, and that’s just due to the general design.
All the retro J’s are about fashion appeal (just like 95% of all kicks sneakerheads collect). But that doesn’t mean you can’t ball in them. Jordans were designed to be balled in - that’s their primary purpose.
Any Denim recommendations? I’ve been debating between getting several pairs of Levi’s, a couple of pairs of The Hundreds or A.P.C, or just one pair of Samurai S5000vx’s? Anyone got any experience with the Samurais?
uhhh…u want the 5000 cut or…what exactly are you looking for? i have some experience with sams.
I just got a text from the House of Hoops manager that they got the Hyperdunk 2011 ‘Blake Griffin 10.0’ PE!
However, I also need to buy a new suit for my upcoming interview. Ughhhhh.
5000vx.
Does anyone else in here fuck with Asics?
I fuck with asics playboi
Where do you usually cop from? A local store or what?
Picked up the Hyperdunk 2011 BG PE today
I COp mine from hanon and ubiqlife and david z
Consider me a complete sneaker noob. How would one go about getting a pair of SB Dunk Chun Lis in size 13? Where would I start? Or is it a lost cause?
No it is not a lost cause check ebay your size has fair prices
I saw the size 12s a couple days ago on ebay, but the seller has only sold 2 things so far, and 1) that looks a little fishy and 2) last size 12 nikes I bought were too tight and uncomfortable. I’ll keep hitting up ebay tho, thanks for the input.
I kind of want to say don’t get those cus 1) Nike SB are lame now 2) I see so many fucking people at tourneys wearing that goddamn shoe.
But check out local skate shops and sneaker boutiques, and if you still come up empty just hit up eBay. The Chun-Li Dunks actually weren’t that limited, plus it’s not worth much in terms of resale value.
As for fit, every model, even under the Nike brand, are different. So try on a SB Dunk Low somewhere and try to figure out what your size is.
No worries, I don’t really go to tourneys any more, so I’m not worried about wearing the same stuff as someone else. As for them being lame, like I said I’m a shoe noob, so I can just play it off like I don’t know any better, plus I just really like Chun. Thanks for the tips, gotta go find the nearest shoe joint to do some fitting. Good thing I’m in So Cal so that shouldn’t be difficult to do.
Nah son thats your opinion they are coming back strong
so u want them to sit low? how do you want them to fit? if u want true id say size down 1 no more
I’d like a slim fit.
I hear Japanese pants(And/or clothing) run a little small. Some people say size up, some tell me to stay the same.
jeans dont run small unless noted now yea, pants run short and so do the shirts but jeans are fine. u know you are getting straight fit model right? if u want slim do something else like 710s or 500s
