Ah, thanks, my size is like 29 ~30, but I’d have to see the pants measurements to make sure either way. My priority right now is outerwear/tops, though
link to suit? curious
Funny thing is yesterday was the first day I walked into an american apparel. Their viscose T-shirts are actually really freaking good for layering I love them. Just wish the store had more colors.
The only sneakers I still consider nowadays are 100% leather ones. Leather boots are the shit. Forentini & Baker are probably the “cheapest” stylish high quality boots out there. I recommend getting them on sale from barneys or used if you can’t afford retail.
Also, Aldo is fairly decent. Nothing too spectacular, though.
Wish I had the money for some good boots. My taste is so unrealistic for my student income.
yah, the black BoO ones are sick. Chukkas aren’t quite for me, though. I’d suggest savings; at least to me settling for less than what you really want isn’t worth it if its possible to save for it.
just bought a pair of Red Wing 9111s… the leather is so nice
also bought a pair of STFs… too cheap to pass on, about time to start a new raw denim experiment and i won’t feel bad when they get destroyed
i also don’t get the hate for polos. i rarely wear them, but i got a couple for work (pretty casual environment). i’m not a fan of those awful pastels or ridiculous patterns, but imo a clean, slim, dark polo is a good look in general. but then again i think it’s a look that can go wrong really fast
I think white would have looked better, too, but red was chosen to go with the China theme apparently. Not sure why the alternative lace is black, though (jade would have been nice). I will probably lace it up with white SB laces if I ever wear it.
