I wear many of my shirts more than once a week. I may have gone on to earn enough money to be baller status but I’m always punk-rock at heart. Hell, I own THREE of the same style Ramones tee. This doesn’t include many other bands. I own plenty of shoes but a good pair of leather shoes (really good) will go a long way and you’ll only need to pairs max. The only sneakers I own are Chuck Taylors along with a pair for running and a pair for basketball so yeah.

Following off what Srkev said about you guys growing into the suit game and what not, I was wondering how did you guys do it? I’m in my 2nd year of college going into my 3rd and I STILL don’t own a suit. I know with the field that I’m in business attire is going to be a must. So how do you guys go about the suit game? Suit for everyday of the week? If so how many suits do you have? Mind you I don’t have a popz to show me the way and my moms isnt exactly educated on the matter…so I was just wondering about it and what I should get myself prepared in the near future as internships start to turn up and I start my quest on really getting my grown man on…

If you’re going to be working in the corporate world you don’t need a bunch of suits. You can get buy as long as you have a nice amount of slacks and button-ups. Get yourself a nice blazer and a few vests and its a done deal. Bc honestly, once you get inside everyone rolls up there sleeves and takes their blazer off anyway. Now having said that, I have 5 full tailored suits. I would like to have m ore but, a nice suit (atleast from the designers i wear) will run you 900-1400+ I dont even wear my full suits often either…i’m mostly just mixing and matching my slacks and button-ups. One thing every man should have a nice amount of is ties IMO…so re-up on those too.

I just noticed alot of East Coast peeps are rocking Johnny Cupcakes now. Their ish is still type meh to me. Except for the Wu-Tang suitcase tour shirt and another one.

The important difference is that those have infrared, while the pair that dropped in the beginning of the year didn’t.

Here are some essentials for a dude even though I’m 17 I follow this sometimes. Essentials : 1. cardigan keep it simple and stupid Urban outfitters sells these ,2. Chambray shirt very very versatile, 3. A pair of desert boots are good to have maybe some clark wallabees .4. White pants ma sound corny but some good fitting white pants can save some tacky ass clothes .
You live in Canada so buying some streetwear ( clothes like t shirts , jeans , sweat shirts shit like that) and rock that good brands are PLAY CLOTHES, FRESHJIVE etc. Shoes don’t go for the crazy ass high tech ones start off simple with sneakers like adidas shelltoes, puma clydes, nike dunk. and reebok omni lite pumps. Now once you get a feel for streetwear don’t fall for the jordan hype shit will overwhelm your pocket and your mind. Simpler sneakers don’t require a lot of obnoxious matching . Just list your budget and what you are interested in
