Here are the top Ranked players (360*) and the primary character(s) they used to get there.
Please correct Akuma/Honda data that is incorrect, please fill in Akuma/Honda blanks that I don’t have.

I have updated the info to coincide with the data available at this website:

However, this website does not provide Akuma or Honda data.

I have relied on input from the players themselves, their opponents, and members of the community to provide data on Akuma and Honda.

I am sorry for those players who missed making this list due to the recent bug.
Also, please ID which players you feel might be on here due to cheating.

    • Sorry PS3 players.
      I do not own a PS3 and cannot grab the Ranked data from the PS3 version.
      If you want me to include the PS3 Ranking (which I’d love to), please link a screenshot of the top players in the Ranking Screen (up to top 25) and I will add them on this post.

Also, I am only grabbing the players that show up in the Top 20 of Remixed-All Time. For those players that I saw in the Top 20 but then got bugged, I have kept them in the list.

For what it’s worth, I only used Honda in Ranked matches.

Sorry, just out of curiosity, not attacking its credibility/accuracy… where and how are you getting this list?

Note that a lot of experienced players switch up between characters pretty regularly or just play a variety, and the stats tracking site they promised isn’t up yet.

I know a lot of players have started focusing on different characters in SFHD compared to who they mained in vanilla ST, so looking at their old habits is not a surefire answer.

He made the list from his own experience and he has asked a couple of other players about the names on that list. Not that it makes the list 100% accurate but that’s the only way to formulate data at this point.

I think it’s just a way to gather data on what characters tend to be higher ranked so far until the statistics site goes up (if it ever does!). :slight_smile:

I played that dude in Player Matches and he’s NOT that good f’real, I call shenanigans.

I’ve fought Zass’s Chun-Li and Boxer in ranked.

I’ve fought Paulee’s Sagat in ranked.

DSP uses a variety… a lot of Deejay and Vega, a little Blanka, maybe others.

“damdal” I’m assuming is damdai, in which case probably a lot of Zangief, and a assorted smattering of other characters too.

I thought CigarBob mained Ken in vanilla ST but that doesn’t necessarily tell us anything.

Atonalism has a pretty good Dictator, however his Claw is nothing special. I came close to beating him a few times with T. Hawk using a pad. He also used a third character when we played (Ken?) that wasn’t great shakes either. Note this was in player rooms, not ranked matches.

His Dictator was scary, got the crossup knee a lot and consistently followed with dizzy combo.

Sandy Cheeks played Dhalsim when I played him in ranked.

Playa F played Ken everytime I played him in ranked.

Mister Acme played mostly Guile on GGPO, haven’t ran into him on ranked on here yet.

Cigarbob said somewhere he was maining 'Gief in Remix, that was who he used when I played him.

To the person who thought KJ wasn’t any good - play him again now. He was mainly a HF player before and took a bit to adjust to Remix, I played him again today and he’s def. made the adjustment, LOL.

If anyone cares (and I don’t know why they would) I just play Honda in ranked, with occasional Chun, usually random select in player.

I didn’t say he was a scrub, I just said that I called shenanigains on him being in the Top Ranks.

I’m not that damned good but I was able to keep the W’s in my corner and the L’s in his.

Matter of fact there is a pic I posted up of a 40 win streak I had a week ago, he was good for about 5 of them.

I played chun/boxer to get to the top, although now I’m ignoring rankings and just trying to get better with Blanka. Plus I’m ranked last now since I got the ranking bug anyways :slight_smile:
