There was one thing that wasn’t mentioned that I saw. Kolin seems to have a weird cancel on her dash.
So from her vtrigger she earns these
-More damage off a vtrigger cancel
-A damage increase during vtrigger
-New mix ups that does not seem to consume a lot of meter
-A temporary way to go through fireballs
-Increased mobility
-Increased range on punch attacks
As for her vanity step, it looks like it might auto space where she can use vskill at a safe distance.

I have to say, even though her VT2 looks awesome, I’m having a hard time getting used to it.
Not really the type of player to pick stuff up quickly. Will start by getting the hang of things before trying to do anything too fancy.
How are you guys feeling AE Kolin so far?
She seems both strong and interesting to play. I havent picked new stuff up yet too, but discovered tech seems dirty. And overall i’m glad she was expanded and not changed. I miss tip of ji.hk thats the only change that bothers me.

P.P.S. overall most chars seem expanded in a very interesting way so i’m glad.
i’ve been playing with some of these ideas a lot and i believe the best way to confirm into her launcher is not doing CC hp cancelled into ex medium vanity step into the TC launcher, but actually just doing a crush counter HK or HP and then doing her run(the one in v trigger, ice skates dash, w/e it’s called) and going right into the TC. i guess her run counts as a medium vanity step in a way because you can do her target combos from it! very interesting. it’s just a lot easier to confirm and doesn’t waste a bar.
and you can set that side switch up off of any normals into mp ice ball… this is going to be fun. i’m not sure if back recover stops it or not, need to test more. her VT2 improves her so so much…
another useful thing is the ability to cancel cr.mk into the silver edge in VT2. she’s gonna be scary to whiff against.
Is there somewhere to consult the hitstun & blockstun of Hailstorm’s snowball? For the projectile itself I mean… All frame data charts I know have the data for the initial hit of Hailstorm, but nothing about the snowball itself.
I’ve noticed that the snowball can cause 3 different hitstun animations depending on where it hits, which is somewhat important for some setups, but I have no idea if these 3 different animations have different hitstun.
