I saw in the WSO sessions the enemy can V-Reversal and lower their Stun Gauge as usual if they are iced by Diamond Dust.Go ahead and take your counter but that STUN should stay Frozen!! It’s a lot more intimidating that way
Kolin’s going to have OS tech against v-reversals that OSes into her counter grab isn’t she.
Interesting thought, but I’m not sure how she’d make it a true option select. Closest think maybe some sort of intensive hybrid input where you start to piano into Parabellum buffered in a poke, but leave yourself time to stop on block and cancel to Frost Touch on reaction to V-reversal?
Not sure if that would actually be doable.

9PM? Doesn’t sound right. The difference is 8 hours, iirc. That would make it 5AM GMT.
In the past, didn’t maintenance end at 1800 EST (6PM)?

I dont know why they always pick the last day of the month, especially when its the following month already in most of the world.
Consider it the 1st of the following month if you’re from Europe, it’s been this way since release.

When dates are announced it’s always been for the capcom USA office on the west coast. You just gotta adjust fire if your elsewhere.

Yeah it is, I’m doing trials then gonna grind training mode. It’s all cutscenes.
Guile’s black friend is in the cutscenes, we’ll probably get him in S2 uh oh.
