After 52 the justice league movies were in some sort of continuity. They Def retconned the animated origin stories. Doomsday sorta still followed that continuity too. But it seems they threw that out the fuckin window.

To be fair, the rape only happens once near the end of the series, and what they do likely wonāt go THAT far into the timeline. But the fights are GRAPHIC. To people who donāt know what I mean: DBZ without ki blasts and power-ups, but with physically realistic consequences to super-powered punches and kicks.

They shoehorned the joker and other rouge gallery members into the movie for seemingly no fucking reason. Like, it made the plot move forward along with making the Bat Fam and TMNT understand the severity of what Shredder and Ras were trying to do with the Mutagen but it also felt incredibly forced and out of place.

Most of us already know. It WAS a comic first. The first issue of the 3rd crossover just came out. If you think mutating the residents of Arkham was bizarre, the third volume has Bruce as a native of the Turtles universe this time, with him being an orphan raised by Splinterā¦but in order to make him feel more at home, Splinter took a subservient role in his rearing as his Alfred stand-in instead of the father and sensei he was to Bruceās 4 adoptive brothers. This makes me want to kick Bruce in the nuts, slap Splinter across the ears and ask them both āWtf are you 2 idiots THINKING?!ā

Also, Iām not hung up on it. I just feel that itās not a skippable event.
Watched TMNT vs Batmanā¦not as awesome as I hoped but decent. Plot was aight, the character interaction & the early fights saved it.
Hopefully we get a sequel that improves things

Summary
Batman vs Shredder was on point as fk! Both fights were awesome. Batman basically lost twice and needed Raph assist for the 2nd fight.
Damien with a squeeky voice was really weird
I thought joker would be the hyena instead of harley but meh whatever.
