Seriously fucking Hulu? Shit, between the Disney - Fox entertainment merger and now this, I don’t know how long I can hold out on not subscribing to this service.
These subscriptions will be worse than buying cable.
Hulu is one of the big three streaming services so it’s not that bad. If it was revived in some niche service like Young Justice then there will be problems.

First look at Rise of the TMNT. In this show Ralph is the leader, has his sai replaced with tonfas, Mikey lost his nunchucks again and April is black.
I can already tell I’m not going to like it…
It would’ve been cool if they went the Gargoyles/Avatar route since they’re using the true OG 1980s origins!
But…it’s going be looking to go the kiddie route. So I’m going to pass on this one.
I’ve been a fan of the TMNT since "88, the young niggas can have this.
We got the Gargoyles treatment with the 2K2 Turtles… We’ll likely not see them treated that seriously in style or tone for a while.
The previous series found a nice balance of Comedy and serious story though… Shit got real at the end.
Not digging the art, but cool to see April black again.
2k3 turtles will be my fave behind the OG one. I’d be willing to watch if it is good.

The 2K3 show is the top Turtles show imo. I always enjoyed the more serious takes on the Turtles. I’m not feeling the look of the new show and it’s creative direction.
