And I gotta say that this game has me so over the disappointment that was SSF4:AE. Everything that’s wrong with that title (And I’m sorry but it just isn’t as “fun” as Super) this title get’s right! It’s seems accessible with simple combos and will involve a lot of strategy based game play as opposed to exotic links and such (Not that complex games don’t have their place of course)

Seems like a great mix of Mahvel and traditional SF mechanics. The simplified system should allow everyone to pick up more of the cast so there’s not 4-5 characters boring everyone LOL!

Awww. I just thought about how excited Cammy must be to have Toro and Kuro in this. She’ll adopt them both after she beats them up. :rofl:

When I played this at E3, her standing medium kick seemed faster than in SFIV. It may have just been in my head, but has anyone else noticed it?

I actually figured out what it was. It seems that counter hits cause some kind of stagger stun in this game.

I don’t think that was common knowledge nice find. Whoa look at that stagger. kind of reminds me of Jun the swans foward round house that moves give you hella stagger.

And WHAT spin knuckle causes a wall bounce???..NICE!!! but you can’t combo into it…

I’m pretty sure you can because i saw that it gives you ample time to pull of a cannon spike and you can always cancel it with a tag.

Nah he means combo into Spin Knuckle which you can’t do since the start up time is ass. Basically it’s a change but pretty worthless if Spin Knuckle startup and speed is the same as it is in SFIV.

did cammy get any new command normals?

Only noticeable change so far from her SFIV version is ex spin knuckle now causes a wall bounce as well as her TKCS being back off course.

just so you know her cannon strike can be blocked low on all heights so she has no overhead pressure…

My message wasn’t clear enough.

When I get bored I try any character. In the long run I chose the one that’s going to help me win. I like fast characters but having used this character a lot I know is flawed and no one can get good with unless the player skill difference is extreme difference. SF4 was just a really slow game that I was ok with using a flawed character. Anyone half decent would just crouch block everything and others who use would just spam on block with random dive kicks, uppercuts or grabs.

that is what you typed…besides the terrible grammar, your either complaining that the character actually has a learning curve and takes some skill to use…or you just don’t know what your talking about.

randomly bringing up TxSF…then compared it to SCV…WTF? who does that?
