fuck yea i’m trying this sumbitch out too! so it raises my magic skills too? how the fuck that happen?
Some Shit.
Custom Music
The Cabal Jukebox only plays .ogg files, so if you want to play your mp3’s or whatever in Cabal, you’re gonna have to convert. You can use Audacity. It’s free, its easy, it works.
-Launch Audacity
-Go to File :r: Open :r: [choose song]
-After the song loads in Audacity, go to File :r: Export As Ogg Vorbis.
-Name the file. Save it to the desktop or somewhere you can find it fast.
-Go to My Computer :r: [your main hard drive] :r: Program Files :r: OGPlanet :r: Jukebox
-Put your .ogg songs in the Jukebox folder.
There’s a way to change dungeon music, but you’re gonna have to ask VerParaCreer. I didn’t fug around with that shi’.
*Why have custom tracks in the Jukebox when you can just as easily use Winamp or some other media player? Because in Full Screen Mode, the hotkeys to control the media player don’t work [or at least mine didn’t].
*If you’re playing Cabal at the time of putting music into the folder, you’ll have to restart to notice the changes.
Shit…no wonder it took 1000 years for me to lvl up my damn sword…damn it man…I’m still at apprentice for that shit and all…and I’m already lvl 20 :bluu:.
So I basically attack mobs stronger then make that take 10 yrs to kill which is what I’m guessing, however mobs that aren’t too hard either. Another thing, how do you lvl up Honor Points? I haven’t even gone up 1 lvl for that yet either, I think I only have like 500 points for that or something.
Another thing, whats that Astro thing for 30-90 days thing??? How do you get that?
Btw, it was nice to see you Sasmasta on Cabal, hahaha, you guys talk about the most hilarious shit sometimes. Sorry that, I didn’t talk too much, I was busy doing quest to gain lvls. Since all of you guys where like, lvl 35+, so I need to catch up.
Lastly, thanks for the custom of music’s, I’ll try that out later today, because no offense, but Cabal’s music literally almost puts me to sleep, alot of times I played with the music off, while listening to my winamp.
It doesn’t matter how strong the mob is. You get the same skill exp no matter what. The point of killing high hp monsters is just so you can sit there and punch for a while and go afk without the mob dying, just more efficient I suppose.
You pay for astros with real money, dunno if you wanna do that. Astros are used for buying various special things for the game like items and such. They aren’t a necessity though.
I got a stupid question =( So you guys basically do all of these punches with no weapons?? I’m trying to get my sword skills up. Or you guys have those training weapons which basically hits for nothing.
And is there an auto-attack option also?
jeez. I’m really confused, I’m an archer, is there some kind of…way or thing to level I need to know about, like I said before I’m just giving points out equally, I have no idea what I’m doing, it just kinda throws you in here.
Also anyone know why it’s so laggy?

As far as stat points go, you should allocate them based on the growth level requirements and the stat requirements of the gear you will be wearing. Also keep in mind that every time you skill up you also get I think 5 or 6 stats. What I mean by that is when you get a new rank, like from apprentice to regular and from regular to expert, etc. If you rank up in sword you get str/dex and if you rank up in magic you get int/dex. As for the laggy thing… Does your pc suck? >_>

You can punch with no weapons or weapons, it doesn’t change how it works. The only thing it really changes is how much damage you do. When you punch you get skill exp in sword and magic, that’s why it’s the preferred route of leveling for a lot of people since it’s a 2 for 1 deal. Although some of us that are doing it have noticed that one rank might go up faster than another but we’re not 100% sure of how it works exactly. We think it’s based on what skills your class uses mainly. Example: Out of 4 skill points per hit, my wizard gets 3 in magic and 1 in sword(Not real, just an example of how this might work)
Thanks for the explanation. It’s good to know exactly what the advantages to punching are.
My PC has more than the needed recommended things. W/E I’ll still play it. Also I have no idea what you said about whatsa what what.
Any guides at all?
Ditto, I did it both and I thought me hitting with weapons was faster as far as gaining weapon skills. I don’t know though but I’ll try again with no weapons. Leveled up to 20 though =\ I rather skill up in weapon than level!
How does the upgrade work, does it kick in only when you change rank or every time you level up?
bleh, I can’t figure out what skills to be putting points into or if I can go back and redo it so bump it.
does anyone have +0 adept gear they wanna hook me up with
Why do I feel like all those letters I just got are now gonna be non-existant thanks to the update bootin’ me off? :xeye:
Good games to SRK. Ha.
Lol I can’t believe you’re doing that quest you crazy bastard. I’ll end up doing it soon probably, once I get to a.expert and do it to get 50 ;p
I guess I’m lucky, I play my game in window mode.
However, even with that said I still have music in my jukebox.
The thing I did was put every battle RPG song I can think of from like every RPG game (unless the battle song was pure trash).
ParryPerson: If you’re still giving this game a go, you can untrain your skills. It costs money to untrain it [basically, UN-Level it], but it gives you back a full skill point. The higher the level, the more it costs to untrain it. I didn’t find this shi’ out til mid-game because, like Vegett0 knows, I don’t read shi’.
The little minus sign next to the skill is pretty self explanatory!
wtf is the point to that letters quest you were talking about.
yeah sucked i got booted i was slugging the hell outa that snake.
LoL. I never read shi’ in that game…including the story. Vegett0 said something about Star Jones. That’s good enough for me. This story is to level up so that way you can beat…Star Jones.
Later on you’ll receive quests where you gotta beat up strong monsters for letters [quest item]. The only problem is that they’re pretty damn strong and the drop rate has to be under 10%, cuz it takes forever to get just one. You get some good rewards though, such as Chaos Lamps [they retail for about 250,000 if you sell them to NPC stores, 350,000 if you sell them to other players]. Chaos Lamps generate random items if you use them. Sometimes you’ll get something rare, other times you’ll receive something shitty like 50 Mana Pots or Health Pots.
I shouldn’t have opened up my lamp. T________________T
Man. Judging from how goddamn cheap as fuck FBs are, I think I’m going to just restart with one to grief the hell out of people. ^________________^
