Transcender is the highest skill rank you can reach, so Dual Transcender is basically someone who has maxed out the ranks for both Sword and Magic skill classes.

It’s worth it because each rank up you do in either [sword or magic] nets you either bonus HP, MP, STR, DEX and INT. Also you’ll have access to the higher skills [if you have the money for them], which boils down to a strong ass character even if you’re low level. You can be PvP-ing Level 80 characters at like Level 50 and giving them a run for their money.

Never played Diablo, but if you’re gonna focus on PvE, don’t worry too much about skill grinding [every now and then it’s great to skill grind, but you don’t have to make it your top priority]. If you want to PvP, skill grinding should be your top priority.*

F. Shielders get big ass shields, but normal swords I believe. If your about character looks, then choose which look you think looks best; Big Pointy Armor [War. F.Shielder], Body Suits [F.Blader, Archer] or Loose Gear [Blader, Wizard].**

*Known method for this game is punching. Just unequip weapons, find an enemy and punch away. Takes a lot of time but levels up both skill classes equally. Also, if you’re going to skill grind like this, you’ll need Adept Skill+ Equipment, just to benefit and cut the time down in half.

**Even though you can wear the listed armors, any class can equip any armor as long as they reach the prerequisites [STR, INT, DEX]. So you can have a Blader in bulky ass armor if you put the work in. The only armors that you aren’t able to wear are class specific armors [such as BLADERS ONLY or WARRIORS ONLY. They’re listed on the armors when you have them in your possession].

oh cool. what is the benefits of doing dual trans so early? why are people trying to max it out as low a level as possible? were u trying to say every time u level (not rank up) u get bonuses?

i guess i should just play the game and make my second character perfect since i can’t get whatever equipment i need.

I think people try to reach high skill ranks early for two possible reasons.

-PvP: Low level character beats higher level character [bragging basically].
-PvE: Easier thanks to powerful hitting skills.

When you level up [your character level], you get 5 points to give to STR, INT and/or DEX as well as getting HP/MP increases.

But leveling up your skill ranks also gives you bonus STR, INT and/or DEX as well as HP/MP increases. So skill leveling up nets you benefits on top of character leveling.

It took me a moment to find a character class I dug so experiment with all of them. I played through most of them and I’ll list my thoughts.

Warrior: Tank basically. Good for players who like close up combat. High defense so they don’t mind taking hits.

Blader: Not really a tank but still a strong up close combat class. Relies on evasion to avoid getting hit when up in the mix. Couple of Area of Effect attacks so good for mobs [I’m always head first into the mix. Evasion FTW!]

Wizard: [Never tried but…]Good range class. Relies on evasion too when up in the mix.

Archer: Ranged class. Defense and Evasion is so-so [as far as I know, but I only have a Level 22 Archer so that might not be the case]. If you’re facing a mob, it’s best to strike and run, as not to get caught up in it. Not too many AoE’s I hear.

F. Shielder: Dunno. Heard they have the highest DEF though all in all and great AoE.

F. Blader: Dunno again, but I know they got some flashy ass moves. But prolly harder to skill grind since I hear they’re the same for each rank [example: For Bladers, Sword would be at 22 points to rank it up and Magic would be 11. For Bladers, that’d be like 22 for Sword AND 22 for Magic. :/].

Dude, I quit a long while ago too…forgot what lvl I was??? Either mid 40’s or late 40’s…shoot, I can’t remember. However I got sick and tired of lvling up my damn blade skills as well as my magic skills, and also the quest where getting stupidly annoying for the little exp it gave.

I’m myself am playing Sword of the New World now, lolz, I just finally tried it out not too long ago, and I’m enjoying it so far, plus they have the lazy man’s way of setting your guys in defend mode so they’ll fight for you, which allows me to leave them afking fighting, while I go to bed, a nice way of lvling up for doing absolutely nothing…:rofl:.

I don’t even remember my password for Cabal anyone, so I can’t go on to give away my stuff, plus I already uninstalled it a long time ago.

I dunno why, but when I played this game I got burned the fuck out around lvl 20.
