You should try to get some Aramid Adept equipment [Skill+3 or higher]. If you’re able to wear Aramid, then try to hit up the Trade Channel and see if anyone is selling anything. The +3 Skill sets usually go for about 200,000 alz a piece, but its worth it. You’ll prolly be using that armor well into your late 40’s to even early 50’s thanks to its skill building appeal. Get all 4 pieces and you got a +12 skill boost right there. Equip some skill rings and amulets later, and you got yourself some more boost, but at Level 20, you still have a bit of a ways to go for rings and shi’. Just focus on gettin’ that Aramid.
Note: Seeing as you’re a blader, I got some +3 Skill Shadowsteel Katanas I’ve been craftin’. Was plannin’ on sellin’ em, but no one wants to buy. I’ll just givem to you and other bladers who might need a Katana. SRK!

Man there is a lot of stuff I still need to know. I didnt know about that adept shit until spank told me about it but even then I still had no idea where to get it and how much that shit is going to cost me. I kinda messed up on the skills part of my character but not too badly I hope.

I’ve been saving up my alz lately, I have about 800k alz atm, lmao, almost up to 1 million. I don’t know what to spend it on atm either, and I’m 1 lvl away from 40 right now, the only reason that I haven’t powered played so much recently is the fact that I’ve been doing alot of 12-16 hr shifts at my work (stupid paperwork!).
Anyhow, with that amount of money, is there any decent equips I can get with 800k alz? Or should I just wait til I’m on a higher lvl?
Obviously it’s my blader.
Btw, when I get to 50, we should start doing them group quest or whatever, I’ve been looking forward to them, however lvling now is becoming more of a bitch, considering I did a quest which gave me 100k exp and yet it barely moved my damn exp bar. :wtf:
Save your alz. You’ll be wishing you had if you don’t once you get to master and up and those skills are over 1m a piece. Also, talk to someone who can craft martial stuff for what kind of gear you can get for your BL or is it battle? iunno. There aren’t really true group quests, at least none I’ve run into. The closest thing is like the hidden message helper quests.
I forgot if it was you or someone else I gave the Aramid Adept set to. In any case, if you have it, stick with it. You should be able to hang with it till around level 58 or so. You’ll be constantly mashin’ the Potion button if you’re in Port Lux during your early bouts, but that’s aight. If you ain’t got Aramid Adept yet, you should try to find some in the Trade Channel. Aim for Skill+3 sets, which go for about 300k+ a piece. Bluestin Adept is a bitch on the pockets and the shit is ugly as hell. Vegett0 and I just skipped that armor set altogether and stuck with Aramid then later beefed up to regular Titanium when things were gettin’ tougher [I switched to ShadowTitanium because the shit looks dope and I didn’t care about stats or shi’ anymore].
As for skills, well lemme know what skills are available to you before you buy them. There’s some that are worth keeping and others worth skipping.
Note: People bash on Force Kick, but that shit was one of my favorite moves. Tiger…KNEEEEEEE! Also, I got some Shadowsteel Katanas I can give you. +3 Skill EXP a piece. On the house.
Naw, you didn’t give me the aramid set, lolz, and alrighty, I’ll go and check out the Trade Channel. Because I’m looking to get something nice on me at this moment, I really need better equips man. This whole time, I’ve been running around with only the stocked equips or whatever drops that has a + in it.

As for the Shadowsteel katana’s, do hook up, because although I can’t equip them just yet, it’d be nice to have them, so that when I can equip them, I’ll be good to go.
