PS3 - Jeff, JayWang, DjKun?, Buffalo x1-2? = 4-5. Plus minez, which may be used for SC4.
There are Two legit TVs and one slightly Blurry one but seems fine for SF4. It can be casual station if anything. We have JayWang’s, and possiblyDj Adverbs LCD monitor. Buffalo I believe also said they may bring a 13’ TV.
I advise people with PS3 cable bring both HDMI and Y/W/R, just in case. Also if you bring sticks or pads or sync cables, which is recommended, please label it, and there will be no confusion.
We should have 4-5 Stations for SF4, and likely 2 for SC4.
Hey guys if you have any particular tracks you want to hear during the tourney, request them NOW so DJ Adverb can get them all. Either PM or put list here…have them by Friday latest.
Also for anyone that doesn’t have a Team I’m sure there will be “drafting” at the tournament to fill out spots. There should also be a casual TV jus in case, with 3 TVs devoted to SF, maybe 4 early in tourney.

I’m leaving My TV open for Soul Cal, and is more of a backup for SF. But it will be available so no worries.
Also I plan to run both Singles and Teams, As long as PS3’s/TV’s/PPL can stay that long and all the screens are going. The 16-20 Man Team tourney will run similar to a Singles tourney of the same number, so it would go pretty fast on 3-4 TVs.
Since it seems like mostly regular faces, lets aim for a 2:30PM Money/Brackets Complete, Start time Latest 3:00PM. Punctuality will enable for Singles tourney and more casual time. Post up if you or your team will be late.
The Team Tournament can run with 4 TVs easily. This means approx HALF THE PLAYERS will be playing. This should mean little wait times between matches. So if food/drink/cigarette/etc is required please fit it in. As the tourney progresses we will devote TVs to casuals, and then singles, once it gets that far.
DJ Adverb should have a mic, so it should speed things up. I’m probably going to collect for both singles and teams at the same time, so brackets and everything can be complete.
Also we may only have chairs devoted to PLAYERS ONLY, as to free up space.

OH yea I forgot. Format is Double Elim FT3. Question is how we will deal with Player lineups, as well 3 Rounds or 5 Rounds.
I don’t think I’ve ever been convinced to show up and then turned off of a tournament all within the same post. I can’t attend this tournament because of night plans. In fact I know a few people who want to get out of there at an early hour. If the team tourney ran 4 TV’s the whole way (or at least until WF/LF/GF) it’d be done in no time. The idea of phasing out TV’s from the bigger tournament to play a singles that no one cares about is baffling to say the least. In any case, best of luck to the directors. I would have liked to show up and help out but time isn’t on my side.
Dino: Sorry but I really only signed up to direct Teams. If you want to do singles and if people want to play, your going to have to handle that. I do recommend that we leave singles alone for now. We always do singles and this will be the first time Team is established.
Brackets will be completely random. Seeding by Region (except for Buffalo) is impossible since team members maybe from different areas.
