He didn’t fight anything like Floyd in that fight at all… Why does it always come back to this… The reason Cotto didnt stay planted is Canelo was way bigger and way stronger. If Cotto had of sat and traded he would have got destroyed. He was trying to outbox Canelo and I think he did a good job, he didnt expect the bigger stronger Canelo to be able to move and box that well… the fight was closer than the judging but Canelo still won.

Wilder is a good prospect, but I think he isn’t ready for Wlad just yet. Wilder hits hard and what not, but the level Wlad is at is pretty high up.
He fought a bit like floyd in the running part. He didn’t fight completely like Floyd because Cotto tried to throw out as much as he could. During the 6 round and above, Cotto was on his bicycle and would come in with a few combinations here and there… the reason why the scoring was like that was because of Cotto playing a runaway game, it’s not as abused as Floyd but still enough to make the judges give the scoring they did. The fact is, running is a hazardous strat to the point game and this only works with Floyd (as i have been saying), i really hope the dumb ass floyd fans in this thread realize the real rules of boxing.
