Unfortunately you have a bunch of people who just joined and are ruining the fun(which is what I’m sure this was suppose to be) It was a good Idea. Then you have some of the more egotistical players posting in here and it ruins the thread in all honesty.

I’m not a great SF4 player, i’m about Average, nothing great, nothing good. I wouldn’t mind watching it. i watched the WcW tourney and was addicted to watching the streaming tourney’s for sure. I love when the front page is updated to reflect that; this is actually the reason I’m even viewing this in the first place.

I wouldn’t mind seeing this happen, but you have people who are egotistical and not that good at the game posting in here. We all know that some of the best in the world post in here, but does that stop an event from being fun? or putting another site down? I thought that it was considered flamming and against policy of SRK, that’s just how I see it.

I really think that you shouldn’t just judge. I know a person who can only play XBL because they are stuck in a wheel chair, they are unable to go to any cross country tourney’s because of that…so you shouldn’t judge so quickly. I mean, you can be good…but all you have to do is look at any aspect of life “winning is nothing; if you cannot win with dignity” and that is what SRK is lacking right now having a bunch of people posting in here regarding this.

I think that Mista has big balls even posting this over here. I didn’t see anyone else going over there and challenging them(i know that it would for the most part get the same response, but none the less).

I’m saying, you just pick the tourney and stop flapping your jaw, set a date, time, matches and just HAVE FUN. It’s not like there is a lot riding on it, bragging rights, which SRK already has because of the fact that they are the most well known place for fighters to gather online.

Sorry if that’s a rant, I just hate to see community’s put down another person, or website. I’m always one for equality when it comes to this type of thing.

If You’re so sure you’re going to win, then why play at all right? I mean if everything went how it should I paper then a lot of matches and tournaments would be useless to play.

Anyways, Thanks for the invite, I’m not at all the best player, or even in the top 500 that post on SRK. But I do applaud your effort to make this happen, I think it will be a real blast for all those involved, I wouldn’t mind seeing the videos :smiley:

I dont think that’s fair. It takes alot of dignity and respect to drive four hours just to play somebody and exchange knowledge. Why would somebody who’s used to that way of thinking bet their reputation and time on a match with a randomly selected winner? Please dont argue abou the extent of the randomness, I get it.

Sure, not everybody can play offline (everyone in this thread can, though) but I’m sure you can admit it takes more effort to do so.

i havent played anybody online that gave me a decent challenge unless i knew them irl already. and im average at best compared to SRK heavy hitters. And team SRK has Juicebox and Dj-B13 on the squad??? those are two proven tournament warriors who can tear shit up…its almost unfair. lol
