You think I care about srk? I care about getting better at sf4, so why wouldn’t I play matches seriously. Are you one of those guys that goes to a local tourney and is happy with 33rd place?
I’m just calling this guy out. I honestly hate the vast majority of the people at srk. That doesn’t change the fact that srk is the strongest fighting game community.

I’m just saying…you can’t act all hardbody on these dudes cuz you beat them in one championship match. No one plays championship matches seriously. I screw around in random championships all the time. If people are trying to go hardbody against me when I play them in championship…I LOL in my seat at that. People getting frustrated and putting their all into ethernet play. I don’t know who “randomchampionshipguy” is and I don’t care really put him to the test. Especially considering it’s only one match. Random stuff happens in one match. If we play a long set of player matches yeah I may take them more seriously but random championship crap…whatever. Unless I have a good feeling that the opponent is good (I can usually tell by like the first 3 moves an opponent makes) I usually just crap around.
I’m on the east coast. I’m down to play, might have to be sometime other than the football game.
I try and take CE matches seriously because I hate losing to random scrubs. I just wanna play good sets and good players. I declined to play the guy in a ft5 because from what I saw, he had limited SF knowledge and had a pretty terrible understanding of the game, much worse than mine. Like you said you can usually just tell when the player is good or not by what they’re doing.
I’ll just send you a message and whenever you are online just look at my profile and see if I’m online and challenge me. My friends list is usually full so don’t be surprised if it is. :lol:
Yeah problem is people know one game is still one random game. The person thinks they know themselves better than you know them so you can’t use the “I’ve got you figured out already” against them in an argument. It’s almost the same as beating Daigo one match and going “Daigo ain’t nobody”. Of course Daigo is ridiculous but I wouldn’t say J.Wong owns Daigo cuz of one game either. They’re not going to listen to you unless you play it out and that’s the only way for both people to truly see. Even if you guys are playing online.
If somebody wanted to first to 5 me…I would take the challenge regardless. It means they have to guts to go up against me in the first place. Deep down and dirty scrubs runaway or just send you hatemail.
