Note of the moment, Dhalsim with unfly in the corner has damage that isn’t impossibly difficult to do. I wish I knew about his unfly earlier as it is amazing! I want to try “The godstick” soon and see if it’s possible for me to hit 3 reps of his mid screen unfly loop, into launch into kill <3

That said, been playing more Rogue Galaxy… basic structure of the game seems to be to walk long distances to get to next story point…
Not sure if I could do this for 80+ hours.
The worlds seem big, but they are merely big: there isn’t much to do outside of fighting things and talking to the occasional NPC…

Anyway, I went to COSTCO today and randomly scored a copy of RUNE FACTORY 2, so I’mma probably get on that now…
Frontier for the Wii is a little disappointing at this point because of the overall pace at which it moves; I’m kinda off it right now since nothing too much has happened for the last few game days.
(what really kills some of the pacing is that there’s 2 characters who live far away and are only awake during the evening so I have to wait for time to pass in the game in order to visit them… they should just move out of the floating whale and into town already… ANYWAY, I could just skip game days until stuff happens (which isn’t a problem right now because I’ve finished the ice dungeon), but then my relationship stats with the two nocturnal chicks can’t build up if I don’t visit them; FUCK… also: watering dungeon crops, which is tedious because of loading screens)
Will pick back up later when I get some Rune Factory 2 done.

Oh my fucking god, the voice acting in Rune Factory 2 is so ass…
Like, 3 was pretty okay because it was New Generation Pictures (who we mostly know as the people who dubbed Street Fighter and MVC3)… I mean, even if there were some things that felt pretty phoned-in, I liked the variety in the voice cast.
Frontier was serviceable enough, but suffered from a small voice cast (Wendee Lee and Michelle Ruff do a bunch of voices… and I’m under the impression that Spike Spencer [Shinji Ikari from Evangelion] voiced practically the entire male cast outside of Johnny Yong Bosch as the main character)…
But 2 is pretty bad… like: no, do not want.
I actually kinda wish I could either turn the voices off or pick a Japanese option.

I still can’t figure out how to work demul. Chrisis, are there any other extra plugins that I can use? The ones that come with demul don’t work for me.
Future is looking grim for KOF13. The producer apperantly quit and now we might not get much out of SNK Playmore except a few ports and pachinko machines… If they license out to the correct people it might still go well, who knows.

Cyclops would have helped, I must have been mashing walk too hard apparently I can’t summon assists while in walk stun. I’m not very screwed up, just don’t want to do a bunch of walking since my ankle gets more screwed up from that.
I hope things work out for you making it over here on Friday! Bicycles are the shiz, just make sure you fork over for a decent bike lock and avoid areas where people will saw through the bike itself to get parts of it.
A console and stick would definitely be appreciated. If so, bring VGA cables for visual so we could use the computer monitor for it as we only have 1 shitty TV and 1 semi shitty computer monitor unless people bring things to supplement the 2.

THAT SAID, I’ve modified my MSP game a bit and now I do hyper grav combo WITHOUT launch…
This is much easier to land and, with a DHC, does a lot of damage, but it’s super-easy to mash out of, so I still need a launcher mixup…
That said, I also have a 143 damage combo with MSBBHOOD, but it need 3 meters and I don’t have an anti-air assist… can still get OTG hits, but it’s a lot harder since BB is not Psylocke.
