I use to use a regular controller when I started and get this… I used the control STICK instead of the pad. I eventually switched to the arcade stick since I started playing in arcades like SFSU and so I wanted to practice. But one thing I noticed is that when I was using a controller, I was a little better at using Vegas links than I am with a stick.
Does the club still need equipment? I don’t have much, but I can still help out if needed. I’ll probably be free on that saturday, so I don’t mind at what times the tournaments start.
Also, SSF4 3DS looks nice.

But, yeah, I’m still on the fence with regards to the thing since it essentially means that all of my gear will be monopolized by the thing for the entire day; don’t know if I wanna do it or not.
Uh, I guess what I’m saying is that if I don’t show up during that week (Tao isn’t either), and if you guys don’t go to the animu club thing, then will you guys have enough gear/setups to run that week’s meet without me?
Depending on the needs of the meet, I may not actually go to the animu club thing, but I need some input.
They need gear for the event (X-Boxes, specifically), but they need it like fucking 8 am in the morning, so I don’t know if anyone here who wants a possible free pass to the event will be able to make it that early.
ANYWAY, yes, I need to hear more things before accepting the animu club’s offer (which is just a free pass to the event).
