I remember when I bought some new white AND1’s for like $50 or something - after the first time out with them, they looked like they were two years old.
Jordans are not ballin’ shoes. The last ones that remotely were are the Jordan 14’s I think. Their too fuckin’ heavy to play decent ball in
Sickness has put a curb to my ballin’. I suck now. 
Missing all my mid range jumpers, and I get controlled in post like its nobodys business.
The court I used to play at has beefed up security so it’s even hard for homeowners to get in. People like me who are related to someone who owns property, get shafted now :-/

The original concept of Jordans were basketball shoes. Just recently it turn into a fashion statement, now they just retro everything for the money they couldn’t give a crap ass about the quality. Deadlines are also another factor, unlike Boeing Nike doesn’t just keep pushing deadlines back they just hurry the shit up and get to the release.

No I did not know that, but it doesn’t surprise me one bit. How many people new Nike before Jordan? Adidas has more spotlight internationally. Don’t they still do though? Soccer still pretty damn big around the world. Nike just has America and China.

11’s are one of the best basketball shoes ever, and by far the most popular one. Which means more fake then any other ones. You sure yours are legit? No way your 11’s should give you no comfort. Anyone that know anything about Jordans know that 11’s, 3’s, 4’s and 5’s are the top four Jordans. You don’t just get a 11’s randomly by walking into the mall. There also now way you should have 11’s and NOT know they are 11’s. I mean I can understand if it like 2’s or 13’s or 12’s or 14’s etc… but very unlikely with 11’s.

Ummm…Its been 13 or 14 years since I bought the damn shoe…they weren’t fakes, I can promise you that. I had an OG pair…yea, when they FIRST came out so fall back. They, by FAR, aren’t the “best basketball shoe ever” IMO.
First, i’m not a Jordan freak like yourself, like I said, 13 years and in 8th grade is when I had them. Only 2-3 people in our school had a pair. If you doubt me, ask Unreallystic, seeing that we grew up together and he knows more about shoes than anyone on this site (Ball playing wise)
The best b-ball shoes IMO that I ever laced up are the current Hyperdunks; as stated before they are light, give good ankle support and don’t feel like bricks when you jump. Next to those are the old school VC (I think they were VCs) when Shox technology first came out. I liked the OG Answers (the ones with the DMX through the whole shoe) but it wore out the more you played on them. The Hyperflights were good, but the low tops really didn’t fit my game.

You are right about the hyperdunks. They are very good, but to say the Hyperdunks is miles ahead of the 11’s I just can’t buy that. If anything they are probably one or two rung away from each other on the ladder.
