Ok so I’m totally new to this forum but, I’ve been playing SSF4 for a while now and I have like one other person to play with what might be called locally. So my question is if there is a community in the Northwest area of Alabama anywhere from Jasper to Florence and everywhere in between like Haleyville, Phil Campbell, Bear Creek, Russellville, Spruce Pine, and Muscle Shoals. I bought a Mad Catz tourney stick last year and I usually put about 2-5 hours a day playing, problem is I have terrible internet and no one to play frequently so I’m playing CPU on hardest and I honestly have no trouble with Seth or Sakura. There is hobby shop in Florence and they have WNF but there are a few problems. I have class on Thursday mornings, 2 it’s played on like a 50’ tv and well ya’ll can figure how much that would suck and three it’s played on PS3 and no one has a stick except me and mine is for 360. So if anyone would like to help me out with some information about tourneys, casuals, anything fighting game wise related in any of these areas I would appreciate it. Oh and it doesn’t have to be SSF4AE in particular I don’t really know how to play mvc3 but I am open if someone can help me along the way.

What is played and is it a tourney or casuals?
SSF4:AE 2012, UMVC3, KOFXIII, T6 are pretty standard. We meet up for casuals, and sometimes throw small tourneys at the same time.
Oh because I live like 2 hours away from the deep, I used to go on Sunday to play yugioh. Do the tourneys give prize money?
Won’t be able to make it over tonight guys. My dog is acting a little funny… gonna sit and watch him.
With that said, I should be there next week, and I’m gonna see if I can get my stick from anywhere nearby tomorrow. If not, I’m gonna be placing an order for it so it ought to be here next week.
