You should register for closed beta to see about that. It starts later this month and the last day to register is the 16th. Alpha Test ran pretty smooth on my laptop so I know its not too demanding. Either way, you’ll have until the summer when the game officially comes out.
I’ll more than likely be hanging around with the group from Steparu when PSO2 goes into CBT if I get picked. I need hurry and buy my limited edition to TERA & RAPBOX for Aquapazza before the end of the month.

For the most part, your best bet is to watch a lot of Jiyuna’s Archive as he actually goes into mechanics a little deeper as well as gives you a general idea of what each character goes for.
I’ve been watching Jiyuna for a while, and the game looks like it’s going to be fun. Really only thing i want to play atm.

as our scene encompasses a fair amount of players from georgia and florida I decided to make a new thread for the dothan area seperate from this thread I encourage any players from the southern section of bama to check it out in regards to events and meet ups
Man, there are barely enough players in bama for one thread, I dont think there needs to be two.

this thread seems to gravitate more towards north bama and the geogia and floida players who come to our meetups probably dont even look at this thread for instance there is still a panama city thread that was barren and completely missed by me and others in the dothan area because of that
my idea is if even one new person comes out to our meet ups its worh it
I don’t see a sign that says “North Bama Only,” so if other people aren’t posting in here then that’s kind of on them and them alone.
But I’m pretty indifferent on forum minutiae and think that promoting your scene in any capacity is good in and of itself. I will say that I kind of wish you guys coordinated with the upstate guys a little better though. I meant to mention this to Ethan before: Isaac goes out of his way to make sure that he never steps on anyone’s toes when it comes to events, so when he asks about setting dates that don’t conflict with anything else, you should tell him when something comes up down there instead of assuming that no one will want to drive out to both Birmingham and Dothan (when Troy and Montgomery happen to be right between them…) and leaving it on Isaac to inform himself about it. I don’t mean to lecture or anything; I’m just asking for better communication.

Well, I made mention of this in the Alabama facebook group, but I didn’t mention our last tournament conflicting because it was just a local promo for a local store. That’s not anywhere on the same level as a regional tournament for a whole state, and I felt like it would’ve been pretty pretentious of me and our scene to get the whole state to change their plans because some little store in the southeast corner of it was running a promo. This is also why I didn’t announce it to SRK at all, and that was probably my mistake to begin with. I should’ve put that out there to begin with. I think I may sell us short by not advertising some of our tournaments to the majority of the state. Sorry guys.
Also, Tjay and I had a bit of an argument about whether or not to make a wiregrass area thread, and I argued a lot of the same points as you all. I thought it was unnecessary to split the scene into more than one thread, especially for such a small scene like ours. But Tjay made the point that most of our competition doesn’t even come from Bama. It comes from the tri-state area because of just how close we are to the state lines. So, the point is not to divide Bama or separate ourselves for the rest of the state, rather, it’s to bring more people into our state. The more people that come into Dothan, the more we can level up, and the better we can represent at events across Bama. Cause that’s what it’s about, right?

I’m interested in Persona but it depends on if the scene is going to get a case of “I say I’m playing it but when it comes out I’m not even going to buy it”-itis.
