Zero, Iron Man 2 was good. It was more on development of characters rather than action imo but still good shit. Ends up the “free” ticket was a promo from a week ago so I still had to pay $9.25. BLAH! I got out around 9:30 and I was honestly thinking about coming back there but I went to my uncles afterwards and got FUCKED UP.

Went to a Tennessee tourny and won 5 rounds before losing to a Dhalsim and a Bison (my least experienced match-ups) and also ate some of Fei Long’s World Famous Flaming Chicken Wings. That move is GOOD. I can’t believe it actually stuffs Shoryukens.
On a side note, I think Dhalsim might be high tier now what with the unversal damage nerf and all. Trades were horrible for him in Vanilla, but now they’re almost even against his pokes which seem to be buffed a good bit. If anything, he is definitely a greater force to be reckoned with.
Whats up guys, I just found out that srk had a Alabama thread. I thought we had like no fighting game scene here so i was stuck playing sf4/ssf4 online. Luckily I play with the guys on gamefaqs, we have some stiff comp over there so I’m not terrible at the game. But what I’m getting at is I would like to start playing offline and going to tournaments. I’m located in Birmingham and I was trying to join one of you guys sessions. So could you guys drop me a little info :).
@ DarkkingTrey: What’s good, Homie? I don’t know about anyone else but Zero_Gamer, EX Jesse, and myself almost always have an Endless battle lobby going in the afternoon on XBL. I’m not too hot at SSF4 yet but we generally have some good players in there from around AL and the southeast region. Feel free to send me a friend request on XBL and I’ll invite you anytime we’re running one. I lurk on the GameFAQs SF4/SSF4 boards so I know who some people are (Though, they don’t know me, as creepy as that probably makes me sound >_>).
@ people who’ve shown interest in coming to my barbecue: Does June 1st work for you guys? I got the thumbs up from my parents and they’ll be outta town so it’ll be chill. The guys who came to my last gathering will tell ya, we have a good time. I won’t make it SSF4 exclusive if that’s gonna turn people away. I figure we’ll just run the same setup as last time: Marvel/HDR on the big screen, a PS2 setup for MBAA and/or other games, an SSF4 room with two maybe three setups so people can constantly be playing if they so choose, and I might replace TvC with 3s since that’s what happened last time anyway. Lemme know what you guys think. Without feedback, I don’t really know what people want.
Also, Huntsville cats need to stand up. Seriously, where the hell ya’ll at? You guys got my number, let’s get a session in.
