Quick update on practice tonight:
If you want to swing by, just give me a call, since I got off work early and will be home for the rest of the day. Because so many people are leaving early Fri morning, Thurs night practice is cancelled.

I seriously want to pick up 3rd Strike. How good is Elena? Is Healing any good or should I just stick with Brave Dance?
Does anyone else think that the people who keep the original SF IV when they get Super will have SF III and II for a bonus? Maybe with online play?

Healing is good against Hugo (because it can be set up where he can’t hit her out of it) and I think I heard Oro. She’s like my fifth character for that game but she’s starting to be the most fun. 50/50’s with kara throw and b+HK are awesome. Overheads are great and her stun/damage output is surprisingly good. If it’s 3rd strike you want I’m basically the only one offline to talk to. The good thing, and I think this is with just how ppl are is that with elena you don’t have a standard meterless bnb like say Akuma and right after ppl lose a good chunk of like they’ll usually go on the defensive. With elena’s pokes/mixups they can incur an atrocious amount of stun in a small amount of time because they’ll think less of eating just a poke here and there.
She only has one hit confirm (cr. mk) which can be parried/blocked high or low. Her hitbox is massive and otg-able and her defense ain’t that high either.

hey anyone, I am new to shoryuken, and joined because I am a tournament fighter. Marvel vs. Capcom 2. tatsunoko vs capcom, Blaz Blue. I am looking for anyone who is serious and wants to hit up tournaments around the area. I have 2 other teamates but am looking for a few more so we can train hard and hit up the tournaments and do well. my profile is not exactly filled out because i litterally made this yesterday. I was going to hit up final round in ATL but J. Wong was gonna be there and did not want to look like a scrub. so if anyone is even remotely interested let me know.
