He has a couple special moves that use the swords as well, one that looks like a high horizontal slash where he shouts “Katanarama!” or something like that (think Strider’s long range slash special move, but a bit higher), and another where he dashes low across the ground and does a slice while shouting “Quick as the Wind!” I think one of his throws makes use of it too.
I don’t have a problem with it being a counter move (as long as it’s useful) but spend 3 bars for a counter doesn’t feel right.
As a huge Deadpool fan, I’m glad he’s in the game, but I agree that a counter Super is kind of dumb for Deadpool, since in the comics, he’s all about offensive and never waits to attack.
He’ll certainly run away from a zombie T-Rex, that’s for sure.
And Wolverine if he dropped a piano on his head.

They were a little better in TvC than usual. DHC into them for a bait and switch. Still nothing amazing but it could make people think twice about how they punish supers.
I played this all weekend at SvB but couldn’t figure out what his command was for air Pineapples (grenades), sometimes I would get ninja stars aswell??? Anyone know?
Counter super is a bit shit against someone good. Especially as it costs 3 bars. I think Deadpool is better played as a bar building zoner with a good assist and his grenades/guns.
His Blade Slash super either has a lot of invincibility or projectile invincibility as i was using it to go through projectile chip supers (like Dr.Dooms) on reaction to the super flash.

All I want is for them to add more Sword slashes for his normal attacks. Just by looking at Dante and all his Heavy Artillery he has and then I look at Deadpool he deserves a little bit more. Wade Wilson for the Win!! :chainsaw:

I was a pretty big fan of “bang bang bang bang”. 
Just seems like something I could easily imagine a mentally deranged guy would say while shooting a gun.
In the newest videos he said different things for his gun related attacks. There’s a chance he may simply have two different quotes that he says at random, but I’m yet to here his original quotes from the newest build 
If he’s not loving him some pineapple I will be pretty upset.
