i been drop shangri-la around 4ish, i’m about to do the same with asura cryin but it seems to get interesting for me every other epd.

pretty decent.
it’s pretty inconsistent, at times i wondering why am i watching it. Some epds are good, others are shit.
minakami and natsume are weak as mains, at least so far anyway. I like some of the battle scenes especially involving Shuri, but other than that it’s pretty 
I think it clicked for me cause I was a dumb little kid and just wanted to see some gundam fights and G delivered. I also liked how he was beasting on people with his shiny golden finger. :lol:

I got tierd of hearing him scream about his hand buring red and his shining finger. Happend to much. I love TTGL but it didn’t seem like i was having to hear about Giga Drill Breakers every single fight. I dunno. Maybe I need to rewatch G Gundam lol.

So there’s this anime I watched years ago on the sci fi channel. It was like a cross between Alien and The Thing. It was about this spaceship that comes into contact with a virus. It shows the virus being sucked into one of the ducts on the spaceship and from there I think it kills a cat and assumes its form.
Anyway, everytime someone on the crew dies it usually shows the virus using part of the cat form or even using the person’s form it killed recently. In the end a young girl and the old captain are all that’s left of the ship’s crew and the captain orders the girl onto an escape pod and he stays behind to detonate the ship by lighting his cigarette lighter next to a gigantic tank of hydrogen.
The ending shows the virus dying in a fiery blaze and it shows it taking multiple last forms of the crew members it killed before finally burning to a crisp.
Anybody else remember this anime?

Never seen it but man that ending sounds like some major T2 shit. Remember when the T1000 falls in the molten metal and begins warping between all the forms it’s taken. Sorry just the way you described it reminded me of the movie. Coincidence?
Well, the young woman escapes the mother ship in her escape pod and the virus clings to the outside of the pod I think. When the captain detonated the hydrogen fuel cell, it engulfed the escape pod as it was leaving. The virus on the outside of the pod obviously in pain frantically started shifting through the various forms of the people it killed.
The trick now is finding a place on the net that has a torrent download of it. I found a couple but they have been dead for a while.
Oh man I vaguely remember this movie. It was pretty awesome.
Think it came out in 1987 and it has that Wicked City/ Demon City Shinjuku anime style to it.

Valkyria #8 was an alright episode.

The encounter with Maximillian/Selvaria and Alicia’s trio didn’t last for long and most of the episode, it had Welkin trying to save Alicia and Faldio from the destroyed site, thanks to Maximillian summoning in a massive tank. Some more development from Welkin’s strange character too, but it’s nothing too major.
Next week will likely to be more interesting as it seems to focus on Selvaria.
Caught up to the latest ep (8) of Natsu no Arashi as well. Switcheroos have been done countless of times before, but I still get a laugh of it. Especially at the part when
