[details=Spoiler]I continue to think this series became amazing at the end.
I continue to like Kurosawa as a character.
I also continue to hate Sugawa’s existence, and I also continue to wish Kurosawa was with Kitahara instead. Japan’s (and some Americans) obsession with tsunderes is something I will never understand. [/details]
@InfiDragon: If Kurosawa and Kitahara got together, wouldn’t Kitahara be a tsundere as well? I can understand your dislike for Sugawa. I hated her before the end and her tsundere-turn making her a redeemable character came out of nowhere IMO. But hey, Kurosawa want to bone so whatever.
how can you dislike girls who are hardcore on the outside but soft and vulnerable on the inside
in any case kurosawa being with squirrel girl is like saying outcasts can only get other outcasts, the way it is right now sends a more positive message
Not really. Even as Kurosawa admitted, she acts differently around him. They more or less talk naturally around each other.
Futhermore, Kitahara was light on the tsundere side. She seemed like more of a ripoff of the seemingly emotionless Yuki Nagato persona (due to everyone at school fucking with her). She just had that splash of crazy that was atypical of both of the stereotypes (before she got that straightened out). She was never that typical loud in your face type that we get with most tsunderes.
Considering the show is called Guin Saga, he doesn’t get a lot of face time. Where are the flying powerbombs and spinning lariats? Also what kinda black magic did Remus use to steal lindas cool? that is some Hp/Mp swap shit right there.
I expected that the latter was gonna happen sooner or later. Weak initially and now gets stronger as the stereotype is known by. Still though, the lack of Guin is disheartening. I haven’t watched the show after ep 3 and plan to catchup later, but is it getting better?
