It’s a good thing this season is full of great shows because Fall is looking pretty terrible so far.
Rakan…LOL. He’s too damn broken.
I still get the feeling that Fate may punch his ticket though, especially by the way they didn’t get to fight each other.
New Negima does a good job of combining ero and action (finally, some decent sex fights). Oh Rakan, only you would put so much time and effort into learning skirt flipping techniques.
Oh and I randomly suspect that the ultra baddie in the evil black cloak of evil is actually Negi’s mom or something weird like that.
Oh yeah, and Yue continues to be greatness. Fuck a Nodoka.
Fixed.
Clearly the best way to resolve a resolve a love rivalry…love the rival.
I’m pretty hype for Natsu no Arashi s2 and them finally animating the last of Inu Yasha.
Yes, I’m serious.
Fall season’s shaping up great. InuYasha resumes, more Natsu, more Nogizaka Haruka and Biri-Biri’s very own series!
And there’s the standard sequel series for pervs (Queen’s Blade, Shin Koihime Musou)…
New chap was HOT! Jack is just too awesome. He’s probably my #2 fav male character in negima
YES. I love how we say this every chapter Yue is in too. THAT’S JUST HOW GREAT SHE IS. FUCK THE HATERS
For all we might know, it could be a 1st part of a number of movies or something. The details sound pretty vague, in general.
Yue has haters?
Oh yeah, need rule 34 on the cat girl. Without the fur.
ah I see, well I hope they’re smart about it, to say the least.
Hey man, you never know, there are crazy people out there dude. :looney:
…it’s surprisingly hard to find good Negima fanart =/
The fuck did I just watch?
Spice and Wolf S2 #4
[details=Spoiler] While I love Horo, it was nice to see an episode with the focus on Lawrence as he’s one of the few leading male characters in a series that I enjoy.
I give him a lot of respect, while this whole ordeal has him a bit flustered he’s handling things in a rather cool and calculated manner. He’s a better man then I am. No forensics to worry about? The bitch Amanti would be getting carved up in an alleyway if that were me.
Anyways, loved epsiode 4, thought it was great. Really hoping Lawrence pulls through andthat Diana, aka “Dean”, eventually get’s to meet Horo sometime before she leaves that city. Don’t know if it’ll happen though.
Can’t wait for #5![/details]
I think catchafire needs to hit up the History Channel.
On a serious note though I can kinda understand where he’s coming from, but I just fail to see it as too serious an issue as most anime, regardless of genre, falls into the “fantasy” category. Historical accuracy and reality need not apply.
I’ve read and heard about the poor living conditions of anime artists are. It’s sad really, but it’s what comes with the territory and really isn’t that new of an issue from what I understand.
I know it’s why I opted to never become an art major. I really wanted to, but at the same time I don’t enjoy being homeless. No joke.
Agreed. I plan on doing some catching up with some older shows come the fall. Outside of that the only shows coming up in the fall that I have any interest in are Kimi ni Todoke and Kobato., that’s it.
Re: “realism” in anime
what differetiates “fantasy” from “bullshit” anyways? what makes one fictitious thing more acceptable than another? clearly theres a distinction because there are certain things which seem ridiculous even in the world of animation. like a magical loli that resets time is ok but acid spraying titties is :wtf:
its 3am and im tired from playing hours of brazebroo but i dont wanna sleep for some reason
so what i wrote above might not make sense
That is just a scene from the strange comedy Ninin Ga Shinobuden/Ninja Nonsense. Onsokumaru has to be the dirtiest role Wakamoto has ever gotten, I think.
He’s done ero anime(seriously), so no, it’s not.
Well, depending on how you look at it at least. Onsokumaru is just gross lol
Finally watched FMA #17 and Spice #4. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the episode. I thought the business aspect was better done then the stuff in season 1.

Fall looks better than y’all were making it sound.
Alright! Sasameki Koto. I like that series. Fairytail will probably be alright (I knew it was going to be made into an anime when I first read it)…I just hope they give Erza a deep man voice. Also looking forward to railgun, koihime musou and queens blade. A few others there look pretty decent. Will probably watch Haruka just so I can complain about it being predictable and bad…but I guess some people really like their otaku trannies.
You guys need to more optimistic about each season. I always end up seriously following 5 or 6 shows from each season. There is always some quality in each genre.
But man, Darker than Black 2. Been dying to see it since it was announced. I really don’t know where they plan to go with Nogizaka 2. I thought it ended fine. I hope it isn’t the same shenanigan nonsense, because in that case the show will suck.
Yeah, I guess I should’ve said the grossest instead.
Fall has some interesting shows going for it. Outside of the obvious Natsu 2 and Letter Bee; I’ll definitely try Trapeze, DTB 2 and Fairy Tail.
Speaking of that last series, the voice cast for the Fairy Tail anime’s announced.
For those of you who don’t want to bother with the VA names:
Simon voices Natsu
Haruhi voices Lucy
Taiga/Shana voices Happy
Iceman (Basquash)/Tomoya voices Gray
Beatrice/Alicia/Yuuno (Xxxholic) voices Erza
Ep 4 of Zan Zetsubou amps up the fanservice (with Kaere and her erotic teacher scene being the highlight). I think they made a little jab at Haruhi’s Endless Eight repeats by repeating a part of last week’s last segment, then continues the rest of it afterwards.
