I’m re-watching all kind of shows at the moment. I am almost done with Samurai Champloo (GREAT show by the way!). I need to get Cowboy Bebop, haven’t seen that show in a while.
Pinion: Yeah, I concur. Seems like a lot of the anime blogosphere doesn’t seem to agree with that, though - calling the show “boring” and “could’ve been a drama CD instead”. Meh to them.
So Hayate 17 was pretty heart warming.

Apparently that midget alien has been the summoning of Nagi’s deceased mother; based on the sketch Nagi drew when she was little. Maya seemed to have channeled Rika when she speaks with that “Puhi~” she says most of the time. There’s a few funny moments here or there; a chance to see Hina and Ayumu in an onsen together and some more character development for Nagi.
Very good episode overall.
Also rushed through Phantom till episode 11. Too good (and sad as well :sad:).
Been going back to my UC Gundam roots, started 08th MS team last night and forgot how much it was chopped when Cartoon Network played it on late night tv.
As for new stuff, whats Phantom about? I’ve heard nothing but good things.

I still love this game lol. It has some funky dialogue moments but for the most part it’s pretty good.

It’s about a guy (codenamed Zwei) who’s awakaned to find himself without a memory of his past self and is trained to be a killer alongisde a mysterious girl named Ein by an organization named Inferno. It sounds pretty simple from the paragraph but watching it for more than a few eps will give you a much better picture on how it’ll fare.

Canaan has a fairly stereotypical motive behind hunting down Alphard. Still, I don’t mind it too much. I’m more interested in seeing where the show will take us and how they’ll deal with it. It was good to see the taxi driver back. Of course, there was also another amazing action scene. It’s like every Canaan episode must have one standout action scene. Oh and Alphard :lovin:
