I probably wont upgrade for a long time…at least until something actually happens to my lg g3 lol…
I really like this phone. perfect body/screen size ratio, removable battery, ms card slot. don’t see why Id ever need anything bigger/faster.

If nexus 5 2015 is $399, I’m getting it.
Yeah I’m definitely holding onto my Note 3. Battery life is godlike, I haven’t even changed it yet.
Note 3 still managing well. Nexus 6 is something to consider if only just to avoid Samsung’s subtle change to make your Android phone an iPhone
So I lose all my shit cause of this dodgy phone, backups corrupted too. Now the motherfuckers want $440 for a “tampered motherboard”, when I never touched the thing.
The phone doesn’t even turn on. It makes a noise when connected to the PC but the motherboard was dead. Also, since when does having music not bought from the app store void warranty?
What phone you got? And what service? Try taking it to a local repair shop.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Local repair shop won’t be able to do anything, he recommended I take it to the store.
I love my Z3, but the screen has a slight crack. When I damage it properly I’ll upgrade then.
Note 5 might have a smaller battery than the Note 4 but it beats it on the battery benchmarks
I may wait for the newest nexus 6 in October/November
Once I get my phone that I got scammed into paying for, I don’t think I’ll be upgrading for a long time.
My Samsung products make a habit of breaking down during back up? Happened to my 32GB memory card. I have most things, like 85% the rest are damaged for some unknown reason. Keeps saying it is damaged/needs formatting/is empty, just keeps looping between the 3. I can’t format it on PC and 3rd party programs say it’s write protected, tried removing it through cmd but I can’t and there’s no registry key. Bought a 64 GB PNY, so I’ll just format the new one and do a copy/paste of what I have backed up.
Fraudulent provider fun goofed, I want my money back. Paper that came with my phone stated that it was a faulty product. They bullshitted me saying it was “tampered”, and I only gave in and paid the fee because I needed my phone asap.
Anyone use Titanium Backup? My Drive isn’t automatically uploading and I keep my Dropbox for other things. I dunno if I wanna root again too.
So I’m having an issue with a “new” S4. Was there ever a fix to the S4/S5 weak signal problem? My network just drops the fuck out at random. If I’m driving I can’t reliably call anyone. Is it worth it to try and get a replacement, or are they all pretty much shit like this?
Can they really charge you for a phone repair that has hardware failure, while rooted? Root is software.
They straight up took it out of my account, fully well knowing the phone was faulty. It kept restarting before I rooted and it resulted in a factory reset.
Ok I ended up getting replacement for my phone since I have insurance on it. $150 deductible. How can I tell if the phone is refurbished? This one actually feels like it has a better build quality than my previous one, lol.
Anyways, rerooted and got xposed running again, so I’m back in action. Got a case for it this time… no more drunken adventures without protection!
I broke three iPhones, but I’ve dropped or banged my cell phone dozens of times, and not even a scratch. Buttons still working, recharge port still working…
Any of you mess with Tasker? Shuffletone works fine for me, but it only shuffles when it’s a text message and not a notification(i.e email). Got Tasker to do that for my notifications. Might just use it for text messages too, but shuffletone is so simple.
I’m going hard on my alpha theme. Plug in the charger, you get the insert coin sound. Unplug it, you get the start sound.
What do you guys use for backing up? Any clouds? Google failed me twice so I won’t be relying on that. Also going down the no root route.
