Case has been decided already. Fact was he never made shit. He literally took a generic mass produced clock out of the covering and put it in his suit case and set alarms on it to go off. Everything else was just his family crying racism and others letting personal biases drive them to pressure the police because of the families fake narrative. Tricked all sorts of people and even made Obama look like a fool for jumping on that shit before the full story was out.

My favorite part is how people chalk this up completely to racial profiling. Have any of you attended a public school in the last 10 years? Schools give kids out of school suspension for making a gun with their fingers on the play ground. I know. It happened to me in fucking 4th grade. We were playing army or some dumb kid bullshit like that. I made the two fingers and a thumb pretend hand gun and said bang while pointing it at a friend. 3 day suspension for that shit.
But a bunch of wiring inside a small suit case among (probably) technologically inept adults wouldnt trigger the same kind of overreaction? Gimme a break. I mean it’s pretty ignorant to say that him being muslim might not have played a hand in the punishment decision.
