Brothers in solidarity.
Glad to see Trump breaking down out there.
The fact that he has never been treated badly due to his skin color simply means that crackah has never stepped out of his social safety zone.
That you edited that post and still didn’t catch your mistake bothers me the most.

I don’t know, politicians hide a lot of their agenda in their words. Maybe he really meant it?

I edited it, to add.
Because thumb typing sucks.
But it seems to suck worse for lefties.
I hit “send” halfway through posts a LOT of the time.
It accounts for probably 60% of my “edits”.
But yeah… between an annoying cat, an even more annoying female, and fighting with a thumb-based typing device with Auto-correct, and a mind of its own, I’ll cope with an occasional error.
Two conversations at once is probably whence it originated, though.

Black lives matter isn’t divisive until some genius makes it out to mean:
“ONLY black lives matter” when in reality not only was that never the message, the message has always been:
“Black lives matter TOO”
Black lives matter is no more divisive than breast cancer (all cancers matter, right?)
Or Jerrys kids (all kids matter)
Or starving people in Africa (all starving people matter)
Blacklivesmatter was started up because people just didn’t fucking care when black people were murdered in cold blood.
This is the exact point that I am trying to make to you. Whites and other ethnic groups not getting behind BLM is due to poor marketing. The slogan sucks. I think I posted here how I wished it was Black Lives Matter Too. But no, at the end of the day it is just BLM. Which makes it easy to criticize. A proper slogan wouldn’t get refuted as being divisive. But I just get replies like yours saying that you don’t believe that there is a problem with the slogan because “cite examples of similar slogans”.
Think about it, if you are in marketing, and you come up with slogan. Find out that at least half the population is against it. You don’t blame the population, you get blamed for coming up with a shitty slogan.
What’s worse is that there is nothing stopping a new wave of protesters coming out with a new banner that says “Black Lives Matter Too”, or chanting that as they go down the street.
The thing I find appalling is how people have reacted to black lives matter. Instead of saying rational things such as “well of course black lives matter, but these people were mostly all criminals that were shot” or some such which at least TRIES to come to a middle ground…
Dude, we have been saying this since the beginning. But every time a criminal gets shoot resisting arrest like this latest case in Milwaukee, blacks don’t wait to hear the facts of the case and BLM movement starts rioting. Yet they don’t riot when it was an actual innocent black life. Like that black man that was calming down an autistic patient in the middle of the road. No excuse for that, yet were was BLM matter then? A couple facebook stories and it gets buried? Really?
I mean… I get it… White folks are sick and tired of being blamed for every black person problem that there is.
Maybe just sick of being blamed for the problems that they created themselves.
They are sick and tired of affirmative action putting black folks into higher paying jobs and then those same ghetto ass black folk not using their higher positions to further themselves and instead just taking the pay check.
I understand white frustration. But I don’t condone it.
Literally happened to me. A former co-worker got a job in the help desk when she didn’t have a tenth of the qualifications that I had. She obviously didn’t make it and was begging to go back down to where she used to be.
Now though, outside the major black ghettos, black folk on the whole have enjoyed more freedom and understanding than ever before. To the point we are basically equal to our white counterparts. But “equal” isn’t always “equal” we can get the same jobs, date some of the same women and go to the same school… But we still can’t get rid of our pigmentation and that still outs us as different.
Isn’t that was the public message is this days? To bring about diversity? To goal of dems?
“Black” still has the connotation of being poor, under educated, ignorant to many things and worst of all… That we have it harder than other races. People inherently know this is true. And when picking partners this is one of the things both women and men select for many times.
Then blame the ghetto blacks for that. Infact it doesn’t even have to be ghetto. Blacks historically make poor decisions that lead to that mess that you described above. They continually fail at the 3 aspects of life to not fuck up to not be poor for the rest of their lives.
Literally doing those 3 things would prevent much of the poverty that plagues the black community. Currently I believe only 7% of 2 parent households with black parents are in poverty. Meanwhile with single parents, about 80% of them are in poverty.
It is as wasted said, the problem isn’t white people, its black culture of making shitty decisions and blaming everyone else but themselves when their shitty idea blows up in their face.
So while I do see the White pov of not wanting to be held accountable or as scapegoats for what has happened in the past, I don’t agree with them.
The black man has only had “relative equality” with the white man for around 20 years or so.
Whereas our ancestors had to endure 300 years of EXTREME inequality.
And in my mind that simply doesn’t add up, so excuse me if cries of white people suffering at the hands of being blamed for shit their ancestors did a hundred years ago, fall on deaf ears.
So what of my great grandparents that moved here in 1910? They had nothing to do with any of that, but still get blamed for slavery? What of the fact that less than 5% of whites today descended from slavery owners? Literally 95% of whites family trees had absolutely nothing to do with slavery, not now, not in the past, not ever. Yet we still get blamed for slavery?
Hillary is probably the most undemocratic candidate in recent years. Rigs elections, bribes/intimidates her way through things, and just overall a nasty person.
I have a theory about the Clintons. Back when Bill was president, they were pretty honest people. Then, they exited the White House with a rift between them over the Lewinsky scandal and massive debts. Leveraging the reputation they still had, the Clintons began influence peddling and building a network of donors and fronts to make investing in their services more attractive. Like a lot of people who go into crime, they started off just wanting the money, but found they couldn’t go back to doing things the “normal” way when crime pays so much better.

It also doesn’t help that some Black Lives Matter organizers present themselves like this on feminist advocacy sites.

For White People Who Want to Attend #BlackLivesMatter Protests
Why are you going to a protest when you’re the oppressor? If you really believe that #BlackLivesMatter, ask yourself if you’re willing to die for us and to die to dismantle this system. Are you willing to learn everything possible about antiblackness and its many forms so that you can dismantle it? Are you willing to give up everything you have to make sure Black people can survive, thrive and be safe? If you cannot answer yes to ALL of these questions, you don’t need to be at a protest. There are more ways to actually use your privilege and more ways to challenge the antiblack violence embedded within you without being at a protest that you serve no purpose for. Your presence only triggers the black people that are frightened by you, and you actually don’t change anything by being at a protest if there is no work to match your visibility.
Nothing you have is yours. Let me be clear: Nothing you have is yours. Also, Let me be see through: Reparations are not donations, because we are not your charity, tax write off, or good deed for the day. You are living off of stolen resources, stolen land, exploited labor, appropriated culture and the murder of our people. Nothing you have is yours.
We live in a white supremacist capitalist world, so ain’t no spinning webs of lies around “money isn’t the answer.” It is because money and exploitation and power are interconnected concepts of violence. Y’all spent hundreds of years selling, mutilating, raping and beating our bodies and labor but you think money doesn’t matter to our freedom and liberation? Cute. Write me a check for this shade because it comes with 400 years of trauma.
Stop playing. Y’all really thought pulling up to the protest in your Hyundai was gonna be enough? Nah. You have to give us everything we need and more, because even if it means you go without — it doesn’t matter because that’s how we been living for 400+ years. Reparations will never be negotiable. So if you’re not willing to talk money, you are not here for #BlackLivesMatter as a movement or for us as individuals.
I don’t want to see white people holding up a damn sign, I want to see white people doing work that will get them killed because that’s how much they want to dismantle antiblackness. Are you willing to die for us? Because Black folks have a death count of 7 million and up. Are you willing to kill for us? Because we get called violent for protesting “peacefully.” At this point, ain’t no white allyship, b. You either an accomplice (and even then, I don’t trust you) or you ain’t shit.
If you do decide to go to a protest, be ready to write checks and give up your car keys.
We don’t need white saviorism. We don’t need white people to speak for us. We don’t even really need white people to show up to rallies. We need our reparations, we need intentional disruption that involves high risk and we need y’all to stop playing.

Fuck You, Pay Me
Let me be clear, though: when I say, “Fuck you, pay me,” I mean, “FUCK YOU. PAY ME.” Pay me a check, pay me consistently, provide me safe housing, offer me a job with benefits, run me those Beyonce tickets, finance my clothes and wigs and aesthetics, cultivate accessibility to spaces and provide seats that fit me, see and validate my humanity.

Just a few of the most interesting posts Ive read in SRK history from this topic:
Blacks historically make poor decisions that lead to that mess that you described above
- Don’t drop out of school
- Get a good job and make a career out of it.
- Don’t have kids before marriage.
Whites ended your slavery. Your ancestors suffered, but you are not your ancestors. Slavery has been ended for nearly 200 years and you continue to use it as a crutch.
lol. This thread is exhausting. I thought for sure I could avoid shit speak like this on SRK.
How fucking disappointed am I right now.
Dat feel when your community of choice is vastly different than you first thought.

There were many reasons behind my suggesting we not acknowledge certain posts.
The transparent racism was at the top of the list, right beside the revisionist history.

Are you truly so dense as to conflate racism with ideology?
