Again everyone, look at how the RNC and DNC have run their primaries and tell me with a straight face that those institutions enhance democracy and empower citizens in the political process. No economist would argue in favor of a duopoly; why do we tolerate it from the government? The parties clearly think voters are idiots with no standards that will eat up whatever swine they nominate. Don’t vote for the “lesser evil”, as they’re just going to settle on only being superficially better than the other party instead of any meaningful change. Vote Stein. Vote Johnson. Vote for literally anyone outside the system. Our country will not survive under either major party in the long-term.
The only thing the RNC and DNC empower are the ruling class, and the only thing those monsters care about ensuring the survival of are themselves and their own interests.
Everyone already knew DNC was in Hillary’s pocket, they have been for a few years. Bernie was just trying to play the good guy and not go after Hillary while getting drug through the mud and being called sexist. He really did not show any balls or defend himself.
He didn’t go hard enough nor did they want things to change.
Bernie tried to take over from within, which sounds good on paper, but the DNC caught on to him and did everything they could to make him look like a joke. If he stands by his endorsement of Hillary, he will be seen as the biggest fraud of them all.
As far as third parties go, this would be the perfect time to strike, considering the distension and contempt for both the Democrats and Republicans. The question is, will they do enough to make mainstream America take them seriously?

The RNC did not get who they wanted. Ron Paul DID NOT endorse in 2K8 or '12. Cruz, Jeb, Kasich none of these guys endorsed Trump. Bernie endorsed, Even in 2008 Kuscinich rolled over and endorsed.
Pelosi and Reid are still around. Republicans got rid of Cantor, Boner and almost got rid of McConnel. You can dislike the result but I don’t see an argument that the RNC establishment is as locked down as the DNC.

Trump was the one candidate that the RNC didn’t want to win, but when he did start to win, the RNC didn’t run interference on behalf of any candidate.
When the RNC saw that Trump was steamrolling through everything, they realized running interference on him wouldn’t have an effect, not to mention they couldn’t stand Ted Cruz and Rubio didn’t turn out the be the mascot they thought he would be.
