How many times must we go over this? The wall won’t work. Immigrants are desperate and will do all kinds of crazy shit to get around it, and the drug lords are too well-funded to be bothered by a damn wall. If anything, the wall could make crime worse by making illegal immigrants more dependent on smuggling rings to get in. We don’t need a wall, we need policy reworks to deal with immigration and drugs.
If you think a physical land barrier will have absolutely zero effect on the way illegal immigration and the drug industry effect the US and especially the southwest then you have no clue how human trafficking works. She went to ND and was fucking with the pipeline which is the most laughable joke to the locals. The water in the Bakken patch is undrinkable naturally, it already has oil in it. It didn’t become a “environmental issue” until the Tribe couldn’t get the amount they wanted for an easement, so they decided to run it over the river rather than cough up some absurd amount to put it on the reservation.
The only reason they have clean water in the Bakken patch is because of the oil money paying for treatment plants, no one has water out there naturally.
