Just wtf is going on with this election? Trump seems to be clamping down and this chick acting like an idiot. At this point I kinda wish Clinton would just fess up and say she did it because she’s a Boss Bitch or something. honestly flabbergasted at how ridiculous Clinton is in all this. IF it weren’t for Trump, she wouldn’t really be in the running after all this.

Look at Gary Johnson’s “What is Aleppo” backlash. Now look back at Hillary “I didn’t know C meant confidential” Clinton. Look at the media’s reaction to literally anything Trump says, especially when taken out of context. Now look back at Hillary “anyone else would be in prison” Clinton. How the double standard isn’t immediately obvious to the American people baffles me.

His response to that Aleppo question was completely reasonable and he kept frame like it wasnt a big deal. I’m actually a libertarian, I just don’t like Johnson.

I’m also a realist too and I know all this Ron Paul shit is never going to fly during my life time. The trend is towards bigger and more totalitarian government. If that’s the case, at least with Trump there’s a chance he can MAGA, with Clinton you know exactly where that path leads - globalism. Libertarians better rethink the long term consequences of sticking to their principles because they wont have this luxury in the near future.

Some good news for us centipedes. Bacuck looks like he is staying out of the race:

What worries me if election fraud via DHS and the small margin of error of the Electoral College for trump. Hopefully raping Crooked Hillary in the debates can rewrite the EC map.

Right now NM is +3 Trump and blue states like NJ and RI are only +3/+4 for Hillary. The debates might actually be the game changer Trump needs. I just hope he doesn’t say anything dumb before the debates. If Hillary’s polling is good prior to debates she will be a no-show and just tell the media she won’t debate a racist/sexist/misogynist and it’s gg

because #nevertrump

I’ve seen enough c-span clips of her getting her asshole blownout. Only the right will pick this up and push it

again,

If I spend xx amount of money developing a new specialized drug, you have no right nor should you be allowed to swoop in and sell said drug at a discount because you can afford to due to only having to invest in the equipment. I shouldn’t have to run the risk of losing all my assests, property, and money becuase you think it will be cute and advantageous to come in and undercut me because I already did all the work.

vs

If I spend xx amount of money to assemble and sell you a finished product made from easily accessible starting materials, I don’t have the right to tell you can’t sell the same finished product provided you aren’t using anything that’s propitiatory or developed in house without royalties. I don’t get to tell you how you can and can’t assemble your product, especially if I’m sourcing the same parts from the same vendor.

you are assuming my stance is equivocal to what the early automotive unions did in the 1910’s when they monopolized the car concept, or RCA when they stole the TV from the inventor. I’m not, that’s what apple is doing with hardware packaging, or monsanto with DNA sequences, or pharma companies that make novel chemicals and then patent them to milk anybody who may have a step in which said chemical needs to be reached before the next step. my stance is completely different from that.

you don’t get to patent and monoplize abstract ideas and or concepts

Loui Viton doesn’t invest money into propitiatory technologies, they just assemble raw material into a finished good. That’s the difference i’m arguing for.

If Lockheed developed a plane with a wingspan that maximized airflow during vector thrusting to keep the plane stable, those schematics and wing design are theirs and outside groups shouldn’t be able to monetize of said wing due to the fact that real money and time went into developing a unique design that cost millions to make. You can patent that, you can’t fucking patent the damn wing or the idea of thrust vectoring though.

She was wearing an earpiece, Matt Lauer has some big role related to Clinton IIRC he’s connected through the foundation or something I’ll have to look that up. Anyways, the point is the entire thing was a joke, they want to avoid having Clinton and Trump face to face so they did this forum garbage. I heard there is a real debate coming but they’re trying to bury it by running it against football or something. Anyways.

Also what the fuck came out of Clinton’s mouth into the cup? UGH FUCKING GROSS like this huge as green fucking looked like, Christ idk lizard eggs lmao.

But at what price?

I have the Beta version of the Star Trek replicator in my shop, this is available now.

At work I can load up the Autocad for a .357 hit cut and come back in 45 minutes and have a gun with moveable parts.

Explain to me how IP is going to be enforced in a decade when everyone has expansive 3D printing technology at home.

We already have instantaneous 0 resource re-production of all media, this is expanding to physical items very quickly.

So how many police are you wanting hired and how many searchs of peoples house per day to continue this antiquated concept.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAp93r_q1Fc

Dude nobody is going to be searching amuthing because people arent going to be monetizing somebody elses RnD on a large enough scale. 3d technolgy lets you make your own shit amd anything you malke from a printer will be made from free ware models or your own work. The courts can already do the policing provided if another group can prove you stole their work. Your yoy example falls unsder the loui vitton category,

The entire gun industry works like the fashion industry. Anybody can make their own gun parts and sell them, if it disnt, ypude have colt amd bushmaster suing everynody else. So go at it.

I get where you are coming from. Current patent law is going to be more heavily abused in the next 2 decades due to printing technology, amd it does need to be overhauled becaise current law is outdated and easy to abuse already.

Sp wjy do you assume that i want or like the current laws, when i jave repeteadly given you examples in which i dont approve the law.

Lrn2reed

After all those typos beforehand, please tell me that this was the punchline. Otherwise, the irony is strong.

Because you were defending this in the context of the TPP, which is an expansion of the current mentality of SWAT teaming BUFU & Lilly Vitton warehouses.

Now if were simply talking about large scale corporate R&D espionage good luck with getting China, Russia & India on board with that, or the entire communist subculture that permeates the east.

More than half the worlds population has no cultural or societal tradition of IP do you understand that?

no i wasn’t, I said the TPP is liberterian in nature, that is, the point of it was to “foster” “free-er” trade. the patent thing was an entirely different tangent

TPP allows foreign corporations to sue governments.

That is a globalist document through and through, designed to protect corporate interests. Nothing about it suggests freedom for the individual.

its based on the idea of free trade, even if the TPP is bizzaro bastardized idea of it, its rooted in that.
secondly, corporations are considered people by both people in the right and the left, and I’d argue some liberterians would also extend individual rights to corporations as well

Why are the “rights” of corporations being allowed to infringe upon the rights of people?

TPP is designed to set up international regulation, protected by government, of international trade partnerships. There is nothing free or free market about it. The document is very, very clearly designed to protect the interests of multi-national corporate and is one of the worst documents I’ve ever seen. Allow corporations to sue government for the loss of ‘future profits’ is about the most absurd notion I’ve ever heard, and I’m stuggling to think of a reason to support it, unless you have vested interest in the takeover of our lives by an increasingly small number of corporate entities worldwide.

Fuck the TPP.

it sounds like you think I’m for the TPP, i’m not, and i’m not for “free trade” or for the “free movement” of people’s into other nations as well. I don’t believe in free

what I’m arguing for is that at its most basic level the TPP is based on the idea of free trade and it “tries” to facilitate trade among asian countries, countries which have a track record of piracy and knock offs, especially China. The whole package is designed so that companies can freely export and sell products to asian countries without running the risk of blatant imitation

by being able to sue the government, companies can minimize “loses”, there are drawbacks, but at its core its meant to protect corporations and potential profits and losses, and allow them to sell their product much easier. The whole crutch of this is to facilitate trade and increase profits, the whole point of “free trade”. Now whatever extra bullshit is attached to the TPP is an entirely different matter, but the point is that the TPP was built around this problem.

Again, IDK why you think i’m for it, its easy to entertain ideas without embracing them.

because lawyers that are smarter than you made the legal case for it, and the people you want to “empower” are the same fucking morons that allowed it. Secondly, if it wasn’t corporate rights that infringed on the people, you’d have something else infringing on individual rights, like

political class rights
military class rights
religious class rights

and what appears to be the growing trend in western society, is the rights of minorities and any potential rights in the future are taking precedence over individual rights. Which, im sure you would be far more tolerant if that where the case based on your views

Hillary finally shot herself in the foot. She dissed Trump supporters while at a charity event filled with rich people.

I doubt that, democrats have dissed the rebpublicam base for uears nowm

This thread still sucks.
