good games to all that came. great comp for 3rd strike. 13 people is pretty good for scandia. i was impressed with the number of people that showed up. marvel was so so. the highlight of the night was not me having the 16 game mvc2 win streak, or running the table in 3s. it was the crazy homeless dude playing tekken 5 yelling out “all i need is a kung fu mother fucker to win”

any possibility of starting the tournament later than 6 for people coming from out of town? seems like there will be an assload of traffic friday night.
sucks that it is friday and people from out of town that work a 9-5 pretty much have no chance to making it on time.

Yeah, there’s potentially going to be more than one of us who’s coming in from a mild distance. I work in Emeryville so I’d have to leave relatively early just to make it there by 7, much less 6.
hmmm, you guys should show up on friday if you want some comp, that is the only day that people actually show up. I close on wednesday, thursday, and saturday, so i can’t play any of those days. plus scandia is open later on the weekends
