so what do some of the new tools allow some of the characters to do? I’m most curious about Ash’s little blow kiss move-good for oki,traps,anything?

That particular move is okay… Its really easy to get around and doesn’t seem to make for any oki traps, his fireball super is also much to slow for traps, but it does look fancy.
Duo Lon’s new stuff really changes the character and in general being able to cancel into CDs makes the game really different.

Only 1 arcade that we know of in the world has this game and it’s not even 3 days old. We’ll just start off saying Ash looks good.

What exactly do people mean by “a lack of moves”, because when I see this list, I note characters have more moves than some fighters I know of (most recently, SFIV).
Granted, I’m new to fighters, so I might see the term differently, but as it is, the KOFXII casts looks to have about the same number as, say, Arcana Hearts.
In any case, I’m getting this no matter what so I can gear up for subsequent KOF installations.
because KOF characters are known for their large movelists, though you’ll only see 2/3 of the moves used competitively, so its a shock to the hardcore. I personally don’t mind, since its a brand new playstyle it seems
