my point in the piracy issue was that most people who have a 360 irate games anyways. i mean most in europe do, at least 70% of the people i know who have a 360 do. that was my point, and that if i had a 360 i would… but ill be buying a PS3 fo this game anywayz.
I know of no one who who does that, but it’s probably an American deal, but everyone I know on my Friends list just doesn’t even if they’re from Ireland…Hell I know people who would probably do it if they knew about it. (Poor as hell bastards)
BTW, stop justifying piracy, dling, “borrowing”, etc… Either way, the company doesn’t benefit from it AT ALL and they could go out of business.

how’s this…I have an HDLoader for my PS2. I ripped the Japanese version of Arcana Heart to my hard drive. The American version of Arcana Heart comes out. I then DELETE the Japanese version off of my hard drive and BUY the american version. I still put the American version on my hard drive, and I still own the actual copy.
Now how many people actually do that…
The thing with piracy is - if you’re downloading something, you’re basically saying “i’m going to use your product, and not reward you in any way for it”. It’s like going to the candy store, eating the candy, then walking away without paying.
Think about it.
Think about your work and how would you feel if you weren’t paid for it, or if you boss laid you off because the company is losing money (most artists here will understand this imediatelly).
It makes no difference if you paid for a pirated copy or downloaded off the net for free. Both are the same to the company (in this case, SNK) - they’re not getting paid. Considering that dozens (or even hundreds) of thousands of people download a game, and each game can cost up to 70 bucks… You do the math.
I agree that this game would be better off as a 20 or 30 DL from Live, but… such is life. If you think the game is not worth the 60 bucks, just play at a friends house. That’s what we did when we were kids, and guess what? It was legal.
So what happens if you buy a used copy? The developers don’t see any money. Should people be allowed to buy used copies of games?

in reality piracy doens’t hurt the industry more than used games, at least here in the U.S
because for most people to pirate games is too difficult of a task
just compare used games sales with downloaded/burn copies
and you’ll end up with way more people buy used games

Possibly. Info on new abilities added to previous existing moves were not released. Like characters can combo into their CD. No info was released on that. Everyone learned about it from a vid.
I wish there was some kinda new info about the game or some new vids from the loke test
