How odd to see James Harden the victim of someone else flopping
Marcus Smart. The master of clutch flopping. Glad to see that he still got it.
its weird that harden, a master at getting bullshit fouls, gets super frustrated and continues to put himself in these situations where the flops against him are going to be easy calls. he just forgets about all of his nuance and then just goes at someone’s chest.
in a situation of harden vs the refs, i won’t ever feel bad if harden ends up on the short end of that… but this is getting predictable.
I only blame Harden for the second flop, b/c he made it way too easy for the refs to give Smart the call. The first one is an embarrassment to the NBA and the sport of basketball as a whole. National tv and the ref literally hands the game to the Celtics on an obvious flop.
Refs weren’t much better in the Sixers game though. Sixers did the usual 4th quarter meltdown, but the refs were awful. Nurkic should’ve had his 6th foul super early and they let him hack Embiid the entire quarter. Then they called the most laughable flagrant I’ve ever seen on Embiid. No exaggeration, it was a complete joke.
The NBA will never surpass the NFL with the horrible officiating on display this season. On nationally televised games no less. It ruins the games and makes it feel like the last 2.5 hours were wasted.
There are too many calls on bullshit and not enough calls on basketball basics like travelling. It’s ridiculous.

Speaking of Point Gods…how did the Nugs let this happen when Nick the Brick was Skiles’ only real scoring option that night? Dennis Scott could shoot but he wasn’t someone you could lean on regularly for huge loads.
That was one of those nights where a player just goes off and no one is stopping it
Look at some of those assists, they were ridiculous. He was an a zone that no one else could enter
Technically if you lift your pivot foot at all you’re not allowed to put it back on the ground. Hakeem used to hop at the end of the shake a lot of the time.
Ultra Instinct from lesser known players is the best kind of Ultra Instinct.
Rockets playing like trash tonight air balling 3s like crazy one of those bad nights.
sorry double post.
Thunder got hosed at the end, but they put themselves in that hole to begin with, so it evens out.
That reminds me of that Kuroko no basket shit when player enter the zone.
Giannis Stepped out of bounds on the winning shot and refs tried to set the clock and didn’t bother to look at the replay lmao
They couldn’t review it. Ref just effed up terribly
I think they could. There was stoppage
