The 2018-2019 NFL Thread: What will Goodell screw up this year?

…can’t deal with this.

I welcome this deal…and Khalil Mack.

If they wouldn’t have paid Gruden 100 million, they may have been able to afford to pay Mack. No I’m not talking about Salary Cap, I’m talking actual capital.

Roquan Smith and Khalil Mack on the same team is going to be nasty.

Aaron Rodgers will be on IR soon.

Please be worth it…STAY AWAY FROM THE MADDEN COVERS!!!

i still cant believe the raiders gave up mack…

The Raiders got 2 1st rounders and lets be real Bears are not going to be a better than a top 10 team this season and the next year will likely slightly improve so the Raiders might get 2 top 10 picks in back to back drafts and also got a 3rd/6th Rounder…

If your going to trade a top 3 talent at his position for whatever reason then that trade seems about as good as you can get.

Sadly in only one fantasy league this year and picked in 9th which was by far the worst spot this year and have to go into a season with one crappy ass roster I hate… This is why I usually play in 3 leagues…

Gruden is in charge. A guy who doesn’t like young players, prefers veterans, and managed to successfully ruin the Buccaneers roster he inherited. Raiders are screwed. They have a decade of this guy.

Your talking to the one person on here who hates/loves Gruden both at the same time.

He would annoy me during the drafts when he talked about young QB’s… yet never drafted one nor liked them but he got us the bardi so ya love/hate…

I would of kept Mack BUT if I were trade a guy like that id want what he got.

Damn…25 years?

I didn’t know it was legal for the NFL to just replay the Falcons/Eagles Divisional Game on TV instead of giving us a new game between the two.

The more James Conner plays, the more money Le’veon Bell loses next season.

So,

  1. Philly fans boo even after winning the Super Bowl (ungrateful pricks)
  2. Giants do Giants things on kickoff
  3. Patriots barely make it out of Houston (cue hype Kofi)
  4. Jimmy G chokes on kickoff weekend
  5. Nobody gives decimal amounts of a fuck about the Redskins
  6. Bills got smashed by the Ravens
  7. Aaron Rodgers & Andrew Luck will be back on the IR in due time.

Sounds about right.

Although, Steelers/Browns was dope and I’m hype for Jets/Lions on account of having tickets thanks to my job.

The Eagles, Falcons and Refs were shitty on Thursday, on top of the rain delay. The booing was deserved.

Very happy with week 1. Not gonna lie had Tampa losing by double digits. Nice to go on road with the backup QB and get that W against a team many have being the NFC’s top Super Contender. Now bring on the Eagles. Perfect week 2 opponent with the confidence I am sure the players are having.

Barring Ryan playing like this for 3 straight games and leading us to 3-0 the Bucs will go with Winston even Ryan says he is just the place holder. If he plays like today for week 2-3 and this great then I would ride it till they lose but he won’t likely be starter week 4.

Well of course the Saints become the first victim of the Fitz Factor. The way he played today, I don’t think Jameis comes back next season.

Anyway, GG Brent. I’ll be looking forward to that runback in a couple months.
