Damn sure there shouldnt be any Tekken unless its TiT. Those are the biggest two tournies in Texas so why not join them. It only seems natural that both tournies would get more players to enter. Tekken scrubs like Luis sometimes think they can beat people at SF. =] Then they pick some sorry ass A groove team and miss wide open sakura customs on Akuma and instead get raped by random hurricane kicks. Even so, that is 1 more player to the tourney.
VF4 needs to stay at home. It should be used to even out any furniture legs that are off-balance…or as a cup-holder…or a case to hide your beastiality pr0n inside (cause no one will ever open that shit anyway). It will never have a player-base.

Also, since it is way away from now, i say we conduct a poll to throw in one more old-school game. We can take a pool, and then we can get a rough idea of a turnout since people would be showing interest. Games like DS3, KI2, MK2, A2, HF, XvSF, MvSF, MvC1, SamSho2, MOTW
all those games have a chance for a decent turnout. I think it would definitely be a fun tournament that would allow people to compete at games they havent competed in before (or at least havent in a long time.)

you guys have to remember that TiT offers $1000 to the winner of T4 and another $1000 to the winner of TTT. That’s why TiT has a HUGE draw, just ask ranma about that, he went last year. Something similar would have to be offered up for the Capcom games.
Also I would like to be the first to lobby for the XvSF tourney. Yes thank you. Although i think a tourney like that should have like a 5 dollar entry fee since that game is more random than the lottery. Damned if i will pay ten dollars to lose to random low forward xx super from chun.

Please, for the love of god, make CVS2 ONE GAME ONLY. CVS2 is always the longest tournament cause it’s the slowest fuckin game in the world. Every fricken match is 3 on 3 and it always goes to the last round unless someone is totally scrubby. That’s more than enough chances to prove the real winner.
I’m not the only one that played my first match in CVS2, then had to wait 6 FUCKIN HOURS to play my next match. By that time, everyone is no longer interested and could care less if they win or lose.
CVS2 = one match PLEASE.

I vote for 2/3 throughout. Even though it takes a long time, you will hear more people complaining about 1 game matches than CvS2 taking too long.
2/3 winners and 1 losers sounds okay too.
There should be a poll for this.
How about running some sort of pool system like Evo. Or divide the bracket into small groups and run 3-4 matches consecutively. This would help players not get “cold” while waiting.
