Look fellas… as a former Cali player moving to Texas… you can’t underestimate anyone. Didn’t Evo teach you anyone… for any of you who has been? I’ve played these cats and they aren’t bad. I haven’t had the privilege in playing Neo before (at least I don’t recall) in any former Cali tourneys or Evo, but I’ve the videos and that is all the reference I have for the two players in question. Visual performance. Then you have your fan boys or as people like to refer to them on here as ‘nut huggers’ <not anything I would call someone because I respect all> but it is the ignorance that kills it for the scene.
Fact: There is a huge Marvel community in NorCal and in northern SoCal (yeah… I said it. I was in Daygo, but many reference the LA region as SoCal than Daygo)
Fact: Texans don’t travel much to tourneys outside other than Evo and perhaps a few other majors
Fact: More videos are available for the Cali players, hardly any for the Texas players
I just want to see this match because of the hype that has built around it. Hopefully I get to get some games in to. Oh, and to meet up with my Cali cats I haven’t seen in a while (those that are coming)
