why cant terry ever catch a break? only game hes a good character is kof97 due to the power charge infinite hes always low tier in kof games sadly
i think rising tackle should always be a dp motion and power wave should have kof 96-98 power wave and power charge what would make terry better do you guys think?
He’s decent in 94 compared to others in the roster. A good all round character in 95; fireball, dp, rising tackle, burning knuckle, crack shoot, devastating far D and jump CD. Top tier in 97. No-brainer. Solid in 98. This is actually the best He’s ever been. Has to work though. Okay-ish in 99, 2000. Still capable of damage giving the mechanic of said games. He is at best mid tier in the rest.
