The answer to your question is no.
Some characters with huge or irregular sprites can be caught in Terry’s hitbox occassionally, but this is usually a freak accident. The same way Honda’s crouching sprite could allow Yuri to do an infinate combo on him in CvS Pro. Freak accident.
In case you were wondering, the infinate was standing jab x2 -> lp uppercut, repeat.
