My friend’s kid (she owns a game store in Huntsville) is going to bring her daughter (I think she is 9 or 10 or 11) who wants to learn Street Fighter (seriously) and is a STreet Fighter nut and has played the game and I think has a TE stick so we have a bonafide youngster we can teach who hopefully will want to come to gatherings…she’s a Blanka player…

I started playing at the arcade when I was 8 using a box, and got a Capcom Fighter Power Stick with my SF2:WW SNES copy because I refused to play with anything other than a stick. I can really relate to this, and I’m excited. I’ll have to get the guys to keep the F bombs down. Which store?
Also, we will probably be doing the after gathering at my house. I usually don’t kick people out until 2am, and you’re all welcome to come to that. I have 3 setups of my own here (and probably enough sticks to fill them), plus whatever the guys bring in from their cars. I still suggest bringing your own controllers.
