Sorry I couldn’t make it last night either. Second job ended up calling me for overtime.
Couldn’t make it either yesterday, had a bad migraine.
Anyway I’m gonna probably go ahead and reserve the FR hotel tonight as the deadline for doing so under the group rate is tomorrow. The plan is to leave very early Friday morning, book the room for Fri/Sat, check out Sunday and leave that afternoon, or earlier or later depending on when people need to be back. I have 3 confirmed to pay their part of the hotel including myself, the rest are maybes (Orel, Maxninja, Dax, others?). Excluding the maybes I still have 2 spots in my car (possibly 3, but I drive a Civic so if we decide to put 5 in the car the back will be crammed, fair warning).
Text me at 901 412 5621 if you have any pressing concerns about this, or want to confirm/deny that you’re going.

so i’ve been thinking about coming to this memphis fight night thing. do you guys play on xbox or ps3? if it’s ps3, then would i need to bring my own xbox to ps3 converter? Thanks in advance.
Usually people play on Xbox. However people are welcome to bring whichever system they prefer. If im not mistaken there was a ps3 setup running Marvel last week. I recommend everyone bring their own controller or stick. I have a ps2 to Xbox converter that works on dual shock 2’s. I always bring that.
What games are you interested in playing? That would be helpful to know. And welcome to the forum. Its always good to see new people around. Hopefully we get a chance to meet and play with you soon.

I mainly play mvc2, sf4, sfxt, and mvc3 (typical). I’d also be down for some guilty gear. But, i’ll play whatever, ya know? Pretty much whatever’s being played.
Good to hear man, but yeah we have guys that play Marvel Regularly, and definitely SF4. SFxT has kinda been dead for a little while, but I’m kinda interested in seeing how it plays now after the patch since it appears to be getting some love on streams. I know we also have some Guilty Gear players as well.
And yeah that’s how it usually works, what gets brought gets played usually. We had Marvel tekken and Persona going this past week.

I’m glad to hear persona getting love. I’m honestly just glad that memphis has a fighting game community. I was originally apart of the memphis smash community, but that died about a year ago. I’ve been wanting to get completely bodied in a video game again lol.

But now with darkstalkers resurrection around the corner i’m really feeling myself (yes homo) to play those games instead.
