Guile = Penis
GG’s to Kjeino last night in Tekken. I am am still slawlicious. Good shit regardless to Max, Dax, Kigai etc for showing up and playing non-Tekken games.
Tekken = Condom.
Can’t edit my post on Chrome, so my apologies.
Anyway, it appears unless things change, I will be switching over to PS4, and probably so will the FGC.
If Microsoft keeps on with the always-online to play thing for it’s next console, I will probably pass. For example, right now I don’t have a broadband connection at home. However I can still play and practice in SF4 and Tekken offline. The next XBox will very likely not allow this. This also completely fucks up the practice of bringing consoles to a gathering or tournament. Offline play should always be an option. So yeah, if MS stays their course and Sony holds to their current promise, I’ll be switching over for SF5, Tekken7, what have you.
There has been nothing announced about the next Xbox… it’s all just rumors right now. Or maybe it was an early idea that has been done away with. Until something is official, that is pretty premature.
Microsoft knows that the US has some of the worst broadband distribution in the world. They wouldn’t require an always on connection for this upcoming generation of console, perhaps the next. Once the broadband infrastructure becomes more stable and widespread, then we should see the PS5 and Xbox 1080 having always on connections.<div> I think that this will be the last generation of console with an optical media drive as well. Sony just showed how much of a push they are giving toward downloadable gaming: a separate processor specifically for downloads/uploads, more focus on Day-One-Digital releases, being able to play the demo instantly in the Online Store, being able to play the full purchased game as it’s downloading. These are sure signs that games on physical media are rapidly going the way of the dodo. I don’t doubt that Microsoft has a trick or to up their sleeve in a similar vein that they’ll likely announce at E3.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, I’m kinda late but good games to Dax the other day. SpaceTeam ftw!</div><div><br></div><div>Finally Rukus = Pure</div>

I would be very glad if the reports I have been reading are incorrect. However I have seen a variation of this report from a couple sources.
There is also the possibility that MS will not go through with it, now that Sony has shown it’s hand.
I really hope the reports are wrong, I like my Xbox, but with all the recent developer backlash vs the used games market, it’s not completely impossible for a major company to go this route.
I saw that conference last night… after the vp for bungie (maker of halo) offer their support to the ps4. I was like r.I.p. xbox…
Right now Sony is feeling like <a href=“http://hsmaker.com/harlemshake.asp?url=http%3A%2F%2Fus.playstation.com%2F”>THIS</a>
I agree with Anthony its best to take a wait and see approach on the xbox. The always on item is one of those things that sounds great in boardrooms, to suits who dont know better but gets cut later for common sense/market reasons. Im also not making any predictions about physical media being gone either. Again its one of those things I am sure Sony/Microsoft want but if physical media sales are still 50% or more of their total volume by the time the next gen rolls around then its there to stay for another cycle for sure. When broadband infrastructure gets to the point that I can DL a full size game faster than I can get in the car and drive the .5 miles to a place that sells games then I can see physical being completely gone. But I see that taking a while still.<br><br>Honestly all I want from the next gen is for Sony/Microsoft to push each other into improving on their current weaknesses. PSN needs to be are reliable as XBL and stop with the constant firmware updates, Xbox needs reliable first gen hardware and less draconian procedures for managing peripherals. I know each of them will push boundaries in other ways but for me those things need to be addressed asap. Granted I think you should purchase both. We all know one system will have something over the other so you might as well have both and get the most out of your gaming habit anyway. <br>
so you hosting Saturday josh?
well if for some reason josh can’t host on Saturday anymore, i can host. i just need some sf… been almost a month since I’ve touched it!
